Tree reviews in Windsor, Connecticut

Stump Off did an excellent job removing several stumps from our yard. The work was fast, clean, and professional. Nick was especially great—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, and the whole process was hassle-free. Highly recommend if you need stumps gone the right way!

Excellent job by Nick and his assistant.Removed approx 10 or 11 tree stumps for me.A couple were rather large. Nick also ground up the root filled soil where the huge pine stump was so that I'd b able to plant some flowers there. His assistant will b back Mon with soil to fill in spot where I want my flowers as well as other stump sites. Great clean up afterwards and Nick walked me around to discuss what was done.Fairly priced. Was recommended by my neighbor, and now, will b recommended by me too. Will use him for future stump removal as I am surrounded by woods. Quality work!

Nick and his team did an AMAZING job of removing a HUGE sugar maple stump from my backyard. Removed the chips, and filled the area with topsoil. They even filled small indentations left by the tree removal contractor. It looks great! It's ready for seed. Thank you!

You will not find a better group of workers in Northern CT. These guys have removed several stumps here. Prices are very fair and they show up when they say they will. Machine does wonders on stumps. Very clean and respectful of property they leave the place very neat.

Nick and his associate showed up on time to grind down four stumps at my house. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up the areas beautifully. They are truly a very professional company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a stump removed.

Nick and Chris did a fantastic job, and made short work of grinding down 6 stumps for us. We have used other stump services before, and I can tell you that Nick's work shines above any others. He was incredibly easy to work with and left each stump site with minimal evidence that there was ever anything there. I couldn't even tell you where the smaller ones were located as there was nothing left behind. I highly recommend them and plan to call them for any future stump needs.

Nick from StumpOFF and crew removed a large flush stump from a stone covered planting area. Not only did they completely grind the stump and its very large roots, but they filled the hole, raked and leveled all the surrounding stones into the now reduced planting area and edged the new perimeter.
All debris was removed and the cleared stump area smoothed and leveled so it's ready for planting grass.
So professional, skilled and friendly. Great job! I would highly recommend them!

Nick and his team did a fabulous job! From quoting the job to completion communication was impeccable. Nick sent pictures during the process as I was not able to be home during the work. When he had questions about property boundaries he asked.
I have worked with other stump removal companies who left my yard a mess. For an equivocal price and top tier customer service this team filled the holes and leveled the yard.
You will not be disappointed should you choose to partner with this team for your stump removal needs.

Contacted KNP for removal of branches over house, a small pine, and removal of 2 stumps. Very responsive to quote request. Work was professional and site nicely cleaned. Estimate was provided with detail of work spelled out, and billing done through email. Was impressed and easily recommend KNP for any treework.

number one in moving materials

They are very rude.

A company with Integrity, Butler Company is second to none

Best ever company. They operate with high standards for their customers

Maybe not the least expensive landscaping outfit, but they get the job done, and they do it right. You won't be disappointed.

Bartley brown and crew were across the street taking care of a tree that fell over. We asked if they could take down a dying tree in our yard. Not only was it same day service it came at a reasonable cost. Thank you for your efforts and we look forward to doing business with you in the future

We used Butler in 2022 for lawn care services as our neighbor recommended them. New management this year who is extremely rude. Would not recommend using them or even wasting your time contacting this business. There’s nicer people out there to do business with.

Top notch tree cutting outfit

Thanks for trimmings of bushes

They care about customers and trees.

Took forever to come out to the property and after weeks of waiting, he seemed more interested in trying to make $$ off of some downed trees behind my property instead of the job itself.

My one star rating was a mistake! I visited 2 weeks ago and must have pushed a button while using Google maps!! So sorry! Hi Jane!
