We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jen G. She's absolutely wonderful, caring and incredibly knowledgeable.From the beginning, Jen and her team were professional and punctual. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the damage, clearly explain the entire claims process, and answered all of our questions with patience and confidence.
Their attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked and they advocated on our behalf with the insurance company to make sure that everything was covered fairly.

These guys did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. It had been 21 years since it was done and we knew we needed some of the wood replaced. They replaced everything that was needed, replaced vent and did a ridge cap to be sure we finally had adequate ventilation. Andy was fantastic with communication on our project and always quick to respond. I’ve already been recommending Randall and Sons to friends and family.

We worked exclusively with Randall & Son to replace siding that was damaged due to hail. Jason Edwards was outstanding throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent. We had our patio and deck resurfaced and used Platinum Patio and Pavers. They were professional from beginning to end of the project. Included detailed design sessions with the planned clearly laid out. We even had a discrepancy with the size of the stairs we wanted and they fixed that for us free of charge! We would highly recommend them for any patio or deck project.

Ruben's crew was extremely hard-working and professional. They took the time to communicate with me if I had any questions or concerns. Scott was on site often and keeping us informed on the timeline and progress. The final result came out better than what we expected and are looking forward to using our patio this summer. Max and Brandon did a good job in spite of some brutal cold temperatures. Ours was a straightforward job, with a complete replacement or our rectangular deck going around a routine bay are for our sliding door. It was late December and we had some days with high temps in single digits, but they worked through issues with how the cold affected the materials and stayed safe. Rob handled some issues with permit inspections generated by incorrect work orders from the City of Aurora and kept things on track. The deck looks great.

Platinum did our deck and patio. We are very pleased with both. They came with a lot of good ideas and recommendations, they worked quickly and finished our whole project in a couple of weeks.
