Punctual, informative and good pricing. They installed beams on a wall in the basement, put up vapor barrier and put in a French drain system to the sump pump. I am very much looking forward to a dry basement and I will be having them back out to do some crawl space work. They were honest and did not try to sell me things I didn’t needs.

I had AAA mud jack my garage floor, driveway, and side walk. I was very impressed with the outcome and professionalism of the job! Very easy company to work with, from the estimator down to the crew that did the job. I would definitely recommend AAA!

The crew from AAA putting in our egress window was great. They were friendly and professional and took care of the exterior and interior. A few weeks after the window was put in we had some sinking of the ground around the egress, I contacted them and they sent out someone to compact some more dirt.

AAA Basement and Foundation Repair did an excellent job this spring (2019) in repairing multiple cracks, leaks and stabilizing 3 basement walls that were leaking and literally moving in. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up any mess they left behind. Luckily I was dealing with individuals who had 15+ years of experience who knew what they were doing.
They also leveled my sidewalks which I thought I was going to have to have dug out and new cement put in.
There bid was reasonable for what was needing done. The other 2 companies bids were $5-10,000 higher as they insisted that they needed to do extensive excavation. Not true, my basement is totally dry with the work that AAA said I needed. We live in the Benton, Ks.
I would highly recommend them.

Follow up. Those things that a business should do to assure the customer is happy. Those are important. My phone works and I answer it. Had a basement wall that starting to move so I had the company install ground anchors to secure the wall. Also at that time I had an egress window installed. The soil around the window settled after the first rain. I emailed the person who had been communicating with me from the office and weeks later no email or calls because the window well had filled up to the window with water. Something isn't right here.

Edit: I generally like to wait on service reviews as things like this can sour the overall review. The guys did come back and address the backfill issue and so far the window well has not flooded even with these recent heavy rains. I'm still watching the basement wall for any more deflection.

I have used AAA numerous times in Real Estate transactions as well as on my own personal properties. They have always been VERY honest as to what needs to be done or not be done to solve or prevent an issue. They are prompt to get out and look at the situation and always get the work done in a timely manner for a fair price. I have personally used AAA for mud jacking of driveways and sidewalks, support beams to prevent movement on foundation walls, crack injections to stop leaks, pillars with anchors for wall correction, water proofing system with support beams for a wet basement with movement, replaced footings on a home that had incorrect footings in place, driveway drain for a driveway that held water, drainage correction on properties that needed dirt work correction and egress window installation to create a legal bedroom in the basement
Again they have always been prompt, professional, fair priced, honest, cleaned up after and most of all never had any issues after the completed work 😊

We had AAA do a big foundation repair for us. All the guys were courteous and responsive during the entire process. A couple of issues came up several weeks later due to settling of the soil and quite a bit of rain. I'm extremely happy to say that AAA came out and fixed the issues without any hesitation. They went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. We would (and already have) highly recommend AAA Foundation Repair for any foundation work you may have.

Outstanding value - price was much less than anticipated and workmanship was excellent! Zero attempts were made to upsell products and/or services that weren't needed. I highly recommend AAA for any basement issues and they would be my go to company if their services are ever needed again.

They did a great job waterproofing and cutting an egress window in my basement. Very good communication with the crew lead and office. The crew went the extra mile to keep things clean inside and out of the house. I would easily recommend them again for foundation work.

Company provided an estimate in the fall, but winter set in and we couldn’t complete the project until warmer weather. Once they started they were very efficient and considerate of of our working around the disruption. They delivered what they promised, communicated well with us and our neighbors, provided unforeseen necessary work and enhancements, all at a reasonable rate. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for all of their services.

AAA Came out to my home today for an estimate, and I was very impressed. I felt he was genuine in his recommendations, and didn't oversell the project. Other companies will sometimes jump to the last resort to get the most out of the customer, but not AAA. I haven't scheduled the job yet, but this company is worth checking out!!

AAA employees were very professional from start to finish. They constructed a large concrete patio and dirt work. They made sure everything was done correctly. This the second job that AAA has performed for our family. Both jobs were done as conveyed to us. We would absolutely use this company again.

I contacted AAA basement and foundation repair to have my covered patio raised due to settling. I was amazed in how prompt in giving me an estimate and showed up on time. The worked was performed to my satisfaction and they kept me informed of the progress and the work being performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation or concrete repairs. Wes, Tucker and Austin were the best crew I have ever worked with. They were polite, professional and cleaned up everything perfectly. The egress window is very pretty and not obnoxious on the outside which is something I was concerned with. While I hope I don't need their services again, I would definitely make AAA Basement my very first call as everyone from the estimator to the office staff were great to work with. I am a very happy homeowner!

Edit: amending my review to 4 stars, we did eventually hear back from the business and they came out and fixed the installation issue. I appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right.

We had this company put in an egress window 5 months ago. They left us dirt to keep filling the areas that would settle. We used all the dirt, kept filling back towards the house as it settled. It was still not enough dirt and before we could get a company out to bring more dirt and grade the area better, we got a heavy rain. From this rain, we had water (mud) in our basement. The bottom of the egress window well busted out and it appeared to be hollow underneath. To make matters worse, the company will not call us back. Maybe if they’d responded promptly and had been willing to work with us, I wouldn’t have to leave a crummy review. I really believe a business should do the work start to finish - they should have made sure the area around the window ended up packed well enough to avoid leaking. I’m also pretty skeptical that any soil or gravel was packed in tight under the window considering I can see an open hole under the broken window well now. Sorry to say I don’t think I could recommend this business.

I bought a house that they “fixed” prior to
Me purchasing. I called them when we moved in because it wasn’t level. They came and “fixed” it again and it fell again. They came out and want to charge me several hundred dollars for something they can’t do right. I’ve called 3 times in the past couple weeks with no response. The beginning work prior to me buying the house they put pillars under a portion. Well it’s not level. And the quote to correct is over 16k. On their own work? How is this acceptable?
