We had the opportunity to work with Triskell Restorations over the last several months restoring an old home that had been neglected for years. Our interactions with the owners, Rick and Michelle, the project manager, Ryan, the office staff, Rachel and Praise, and the whole project team have been nothing but excellent. From Rick’s initial detailed and enlightening walk through, to the last finishing touches, the team was thorough, responsive, hardworking, and excellent in their workmanship, and even creative throughout our complex project. In addition to their skills in restoring water damage, they also repaired pipes, storm drains, woodwork and walls, our driveway and lots of extras along the way. They installed fixtures and restored effected wallpaper, paint, and stucco. They also oversaw a large landscaping project that involved repairing and installing an irrigation system, removing large trees that were threatening the roof and removing huge truckful's of overgrowth. They took care of anything we needed along the way and always left the site clean and appealing. Ryan was in constant contact with any updates or timelines. They went above and beyond to accommodate every aspect of restoring our home and property and would refer us to the best crew for any other related jobs. We are looking forward to hiring them again for our new home and ADU build project. Triskell Restorations Inc; the owners, their core team, and the subcontractors, demonstrated a strong work ethic, great technical abilities, forethought, timeliness, intuition, and a joy in their work. It has been a pleasure working with all of them.

We recently had a major flood in the house causing a bunch of damage. Triskell went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we were happy and the process went smoothly. The crew members were all very hard working, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am so grateful for all their fantastic work!

I highly recommend Triskell Restorations. Over the past 15+ years this family-owned business has done many repairs for us including pipe leaks in our shower, projects including 2 remodels, building a 1200 sq ft ADU, new roof, 25 x 25 ft outdoor covered patio with BBQ kitchen and more. Francisco is great at his job! Meticulous.neat and knows his paint. He painted and repaired a lot of wood and stucco on the exterior of the house. They completed on time, worked hard and left everything clean.

Pro Home Improvement has done multiple jobs at my home in Rancho Santa Fe and I am always more than pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. They are always on time and keep to their schedule. I highly recommend them and have them coming back for another project.

Aside from being an all-around great guy, Francisco did an amazing job at my condo in a short timeframe. He came to me highly recommended by people I trust and did not disappoint. I would suggest anyone interested in painting work contact him - I intend to have him back at my property in the future, without question.

Francisco does very high quality work at very competitive prices! My wife hired him to repair some damaged drywall in her living room and garage, and he ended up re-texturing the hallway and kitchen as well, plus repainting the garage, all for an incredible price. My wife in particular appreciated that he explained everything that he was going to do and why that would give the best results before he even started the job - all without talking down to her. After seeing the finished product I asked him to refinish the front door which had weathered on the outside and had been badly scratched by dog claws inside. What we got was a door that looked brand new for about the price of buying a new one - without having to pay the extra $600 for installation. He even came on Sunday to finish the job! What a pro!

Fransisco and his crew finished painting the exterior of my house, replaced a wood fence and corrected stucco damage with care. The job was completed within the time promised and the results are great! This is the second job they've done for my family and we would use them again.

Francisco and his team did an awesome job making repairs to our walls, bannister and front door that were left by previous owners when they moved out. I can’t even see where the repairs were made. The job was done professionally and the house was left in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Pro Home to others! (I was not responsible for payment so can’t comment on price).

Francisco and his team have just finished at our rental house, they had to do a lot of preparation both on the inside and outside including all the kitchen cabinets. If I could give 10 stars I would Francisco and his crew did an amazing job I couldn't of been happier. My wife and I were in overheads with a slab leak we had drywall ripped out our bathroom was torn apart we were very upset. I was tired of dealing with crooked contractors so I googled residential painter in Escondido. Pro home improvement was the first one that popped up. I called and scheduled a time to meet with Francisco he showed up right on time with paint samples in his hand. My wife and I picked out our colors and set a date for Francisco to come out and do a sample. The colors were a perfect match we were so excited and couldn't wait to see what the end results were. As soon as Francisco entered our home he noticed a lot of paint and drywall defects that stood out like a sore thumb. He said he was going to take care of this and he did along with re-texturing my entire ceiling in the kitchen. This was something that I didn't ask him to he just suggested that it be done. After working day in and day out on the weekend the job was finished we returned home with a smile from ear to ear. We couldn't have been more blessed to have met Francisco. I have already referred him to family and friends I hope you read this and hire him for your next project.

I had nothing but a great experience with Fransisco and his crew. The end result was beyond my expectations. This was the first home improvement project I did that was not a need, but a want. My house was a nasty yellow-brown color with dark green trim that I hated. Now when I pull up to my house and see the new blue color with light grey trim, I smile.
Fransisco worked with me to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted and talked me though each step along the way. The end of the last day he walked me around for me to double check to see everything was alright before they left. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Francisco and his team were EXACTLY what our 30 year old wood siding needed. In addition to doing an excellent job painting the exterior of our odd, 3-story home, Francisco handled major dry-rot, cracks, siding replacement, carpentry blemishes, faded metal fixtures, and work in locations that were seriously difficult to access. He knew what to do right off the bat and it’s obvious that he takes pride in his outstanding workmanship - he really wants his work to look good and goes the extra mile to make it that way. He fixed things I didn’t even ask to have fixed, but certainly needed to be.

Francisco and his team worked safely and completed the project on time.

Francico and Eric did an amazing job on my old farmlike home. It had a lot of work to do to get ready to paint and they did such a great job! it looks amazing now and I couldn't be happier.
They took the time to go over the paint details with me to make sure we were on the same page and answered all the questions I had in regards to the esthetics of how things could be and much more.
I have other projects that need to be done and they are the ones I will definitely ask back to complete my projects!
