Francisco is good at asking questions and listening in order to get the job done as we wanted. The drywall repair was not simple because a pipe stuck out a bit and some cement foundation was missing. Francisco and his team patched it up like new. He also suggested sealing gaps around the foundation to deter more insects from invading our house, and even made some repairs to our gate and fence. I think it's great when someone looks for ways to make things better. Everyone was friendly, and all areas were clean and neat when they were done. I appreciate their good work.

Over the last few years I have had the pleasure of working with Francisco at Pro Home Improvement to remodel our family home in Carlsbad. I couldn't be happier with the results.

His team expertly painted our entire house inside and out, replaced rotten wood beams, fixed our travertine patio, installed new lighting & switch system inside, installed new doors & all hardware, fixed our floor, rebuilt our window & door frames, built recessed wall nooks and many other remodeling tasks. FYI- He came back and touched up any damage the movers or we did AFTER he had finished the project. He really takes pride in his work which I have found to be rare these days! Even if he isn’t the cheapest consider he stands by his work and it is done impeccably.

Can’t say enough good things about Francisco and his crew. He’s not just a painter but took care of everything during our reno and did it all within 30 days. And I’m talking from demolition to new floors, painting the entire inside of the house, and redoing 2 bathrooms AND the kitchen. I’ve attached some pictures so you can see his beautiful craftsmanship.

We had a very challenging job that required a true professional. We had a tricky pergola that was difficult to paint. We were beyond thrilled with how great Francisco’s work was. He went above and beyond our expectations. I have given his name to several people already. I wish everyone I worked with was this good!

Francis and his team are the best crews. We used several other companies for remodeling before, none of them can be compared with this team. They are detail oriented, checked everything and give suggestions before the work. They are very responsible, checked several times before work was done, and repaint all the area they thought necessary, though I can not tell anything wrong. They use the correct material & painting, which are the highest quality. The price is also reasonable , they are very honest. I will definitely use them for the future works!

Francisco and his team did a beautiful job on refinishing our large front door. It looks brand new. We were anxious about finding the right people to do the job and we hit the jackpot with Francisco and his team. They showed up on time, kept us informed about the project and cleaned up after themselves every day.
They also fixed some cracks in the stucco on the house (it’s 20 years old) and matched the color perfectly.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Fransisco and his team. These guys do awesome work and it's all thanks to Fransisco being incredibly meticulous about everything he does. We just bought a new house and it needed a lot of paint/drywall work. We decided to get a few quotes. Fransisco was recommended to us by our realtor who has had other clients who have used him. Fransisco came to the house and thoroughly inspected every detail (most things I never would have noticed) to give us an estimate. It took him about an hour to go through the whole house. One of the other painters we looked into only took 5 minutes to look at the house! Basically the other guy just wanted to slap paint on the walls. Fransisco pointed out every last detail and I would like to note, he is NOT trying to upsell you to pay more. He genuinely wants you to be happy and get the best work. Fransisco said when he was done it would look like a new house and he was so right! I am so thrilled with what he did for us! He did a ton of drywall and texture work along with painting the walls, fireplace and kitchen brick, shutters, and the staircase! He also installed new ceiling lights and light fixtures for us, installed new outlets (50 of them and it took him all day- thank you so much!), ripped out a mantle, and ripped out some built ins. We changed our minds and asked if he could also do the ceilings and wainscoting which he did for us and extended his time there and moved some other jobs around. All in all I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Fransisco (I'm very picky!!!) to friends and family. Our house looks perfect now!!! By the way- Fransisco is such a nice guy- we loved working with him!!!

Francisco of Pro Home Improvement is a super leader, genuine person, patient, flexible, and communicates effectively and gracefully. He and his friendly crew came on time and worked hard everyday to provide great value. They did a top-notch job (very detailed painting and stucco work) and went above and beyond when asked to do additional work. Pro Home Improvement are the absolute best painters around! Jackson, Francisco, and their crew are truly professionals who know what they are doing. We had our house repainted after a long period of construction where the original paint job hadn’t held up with all the rain we had last season. First off, the consultation with knowledge and expertise on types of paint and process was impressive. Before painting they came in and power washed the house (making sure everything was sealed meticulously). The house was painted with precision and high quality. With their painting they guarantee durability and protection for years to come. In addition to the house exterior, I also had my front and back doors painted. The results were gorgeous like a factory finish. I’ve had so many compliments. In addition, they painted the roof jacks to match our dark charcoal gray roof, and installed ceiling fans and medicine cabinet mirrors. We will definitely be using them again for future projects. We felt that a truly quality reconstruction of our outdoor patio cover, pergola and some additional wooden structures was our primary goal. Jackson, the original contact person, gave us an estimate and an education as to what would best serve our needs and time frame expectations. Francisco and his team did exceptional work on our home. They prepped the house by repairing wood siding, filling cracks, removing old paint, power washing, and covering windows, and then painted the entire exterior. Their attention to detail and high quality work were apparent throughout the week they were working on the house, and in the final product. The price was also reasonable. We are extremely happy with the work Francisco and his crew (Jackson, Erik and Pedro) did with the exterior paint of our house. They took the time and attention to all the details, fixed any problems with the stucco and door casings, answered all the questions we had regarding the job. They are respectful and knowledgeable, hard working and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. We had initially scheduled to start the job close to the end of the month, then Jackson called saying a job got postponed and they could start right away, two weeks in advance. The end result exceeded our expectations.

We do have other projects in the future we want them to tackle. They are the best!

Great communication. JJ's installed a beautiful vinyl fence for less than the cost of wood. They got to work quickly. The fence is straight and perfectly vertical. They will be my goto on my next fence project.

I found JJ Fence on line and chose them after receiving several bids. Cindi was very professional from the start and was the most competitive of the companies I considered. They did an excellent job replacing our rear fence and tied it in seamlessly with our adjoining fence. The installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up after completing the job. Highly recommend. Very professional; very communicative; very reasonable. We needed a repair of our chain link fence which had been run into by something big. Whatever it was mangled the pole pretty well. Cindi was great and arranged for Miguel to come and fix it like the pro he is. They were both very reliable. He came when he said he would and cleaned up afterward. The repair looks great, like nothing ever happened. I wish the person who did the damage had been as honest and professional as Cindi and Miguel. Again, highly recommend! (I am sorry to say that I only have the before pics to post, but believe me; the fence looks and feels perfect and solid).

Very good experience. Wood quality better than even we expected. JJ's gave us pros and cons, then let us choose between wood and vinyl. Unlike some other companies, they were happy to do the relatively small fencing job we needed. Everyone was friendly and professional. We'd recommend them highly.

JJ's built a new fence and trash enclosure after mine fell down during a recent storm. They maintained fantastic communication throughout the entire process and all of their workers were polite, professional, and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. 10/10 service and results!
