It is difficult for me to express how happy I am with the work Dickerson Contracting did replacing my roof. They were absolutely phenomenal. Extremely professional, extremely hard working and prompt even in cold, wet ground conditions. My new roof is beautiful. 5/5 stars. Thank you Dickerson Contracting for a job extremely well done.

Dickerson Contracting was recommended to me by a friend when I found that my roof had extensive damage caused by wind/hail. I contacted Jacob and he came to inspect the roof the same day. After going through the insurance process, a new roof was installed in less than 3 weeks by Dickerson. Jacob was professional, honest, capable and very patient with my constant questions due to my limited knowledge of the process. I highly recommend using Dickerson Contracting if you have a roof problem. I hired Dickerson Contracting to replace my roof after it was damaged by windstorms earlier this year. Jordan Womack at Dickerson is a honest, trustworthy and very capable person. He helped me through the entire claim process from beginning to end. Without his help, my claim for a new roof replacement wouldn't have been approved by my insurance company. He also helped me arrange for some additional works to be done (such as repairing rotten porch fascia board and washing dirty on stucco sidings, etc). Jordan and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They kept me updated on what to expect and were always respond promptly to my questions. Now my new roof looks great -Thank you again Jordan!

Hard to find good honest people these days. Josh Polk and team with Dickerson Contracting were beyond exceptional. Josh was very quick to respond to my messages, knowledgeable and honest. They were there every step of the way. Not only did they do a great job but clean up was amazing, you could even tell they were here (except the new roof). Customer service, professionalism and communication were 2nd to none! Huge shout out to the Dickerson team especially Josh!

Dickerson Contracting has handled both mine & my mother’s roof replacements. When a tree fell on my mother’s house in April Jordan was the 1st person I called. We had trouble getting a tree service to show up. The company Jordan referred us to came the next day. Jordan is very responsive & knows how to help work with insurance claims.

Dickerson is an exceptionally GREAT company! They did an outstanding job replacing the shingles on our roof. Not only does it look amazing but the workmanship was outstanding. The owners are very professional and take pride in the quality of service they provide. Not only were they reliable and prompt, so were the employees. The workman arrived at their appointment time and were very courteous and hard working. Our property was spotless when they completed the job as well! I highly recommend this company. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Dickerson replaced our roof approximately 6 years ago. They were thorough, prompt, and completed the job quickly and expertly. A couple weeks ago we had some leaks. They responded very fast, determined the damage (animal related, not quality related), came up with a solution to repair and prevent future issues, and executed it as seamlessly as before.

I would recommend Dickerson Contracting for your new roof. Josh did an excellent job from start to finish! He communicated & worked well with our insurance company too. The roofing crew was great & fast! I was also pleased with the excellent clean up.

We are very pleased with Dickerson Contracting and Jordan Womack. Our insurance didn't want to cover the roof replacement originally even though their inspector's report showed enough hail damage that full replacement was called for. Jordan walked us through the steps to get them to reconsider the claim which they finally did. After another inspection by them, they agreed to cover the full replacement.

With that out of the way, it wasn't long before Jordan had a crew out working on our roof. After 2 days it was finished. The new roof looks good and we haven't had any issues with it. His crew did a great job of cleaning up.

Dickerson Contracting was easy to work with and didn't ask for any payment until the work was completed. Jordan made the whole process easy for us. Add to that the quality of work and we can easily recommend them.

I would highly recommend Dickerson Contracting for anything to do around your residential estate, Josh Polk and his team took care of my roof and made it look as if they never stepped a foot around my house after they had finished the job. Along with doing a good clean job and really made my roof look great. I was very pleased with the outcome of the project.

The best part of the company is the helpful information that was provided to me during the whole entire process, if I had a question it never took long to get an answer from Josh, his help and with handling the communication between myself and my insurance company was very thorough and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I’ll look forward to calling them again for any future updates or repairs.

I highly recommend using Dickerson Contracting if you have a roof issue. I was worried about the hassle of dealing with my insurance company, paying a lot out of pocket, and not getting quality work, but Jordan Womack at Dickerson took care of it all. He was referred by a neighbor who used him and from the minute he showed up to do an inspection I knew I made the right choice.
He didn't make any promises about getting a claim approved, but said he would work through the process with me. When his estimate came in above the insurance offer, he walked me through the negotiations to get the quality work I needed. I had my roof replaced, copper dormers replaced, and some interior drywall and ceiling work done under my insurance claim. He was also able to arrange for additional work to be done (repairing rotted soffits and re-smearing and painting stucco dormers).
I can't stress enough how important it is to use someone who prides themselves on service and quality of work. So one more time, call Jordan Womack at Dickerson Contracting.

Toby, Sales Rep., started the whole process by proactively stopping by my home to inspect the roof. Toby kept me informed of each step involved to complete this job ( Insurance end plus completion of the roof install).
The install crew was simply amazing. Great work ethic and completed the job in one day. They work great as a crew!
