Brandon was very helpful in the entire process of getting my roof and gutters replaced. He started with an estimate. Then, he stayed involved throughout the insurance claim process with my insurance company and their inspector. He also communicated with me during the job and after to make sure I was happy with everything.

The roofing and gutter crews did a great job on all the work. They were also very efficient and did a great job cleaning up the mess that comes with roofing work.

Their entire team... sales rep (Brandon), project manager (Cliff), and the workers were all very easy to work with and they made the entire process a lot easier than I thought it would be.

From the very first day we called Strength, Taylor took great care of us. He came out the day after we found missing shingles from one of those random tornadocaines that blew through in March. He covered the trouble spots and walked us through filing the insurance claim. He then came back a few weeks later to walk the entire roof with the insurance agent - around 90 minutes - pointing out what would have been old damage vs. new. He then came back to walk us through the installation process. We live pretty far out and the trips he took were an hour one way each time. Not to mention, very responsive when we reached out between decision and installation day.

We have A LOT of roof! The crew did excellent work removing the old roof AND two layers of nails because the first ones were not removed when the original roof was replaced (we didn’t know this). They were thoughtful about covering up the flower beds and porch to protect them from old roof and nail debris, as well as moving several large flower pots away from the house. They did great detail work around the brick chimney and dormers. They painted all the pipes and spouts the same color as the roof so they no longer stick out. They have assigned team members who are constantly cleaning up as the work is being done of taking off the old roof. We appreciated that Bradley, the Project Manager, came out both days the crew worked. And Alex was an excellent job foreman. His head was on a swivel every minute I saw him, constantly checking and directing and working himself. Very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend Strength Roofing for new and replacement roofs. Material: Owens Corning TruDefinition in Teak.

Of note: My husband was able to monitor the work throughout the two days, and there were a couple of spots where he intervened before a major issue would have unfolded. One, the color of the shingles first delivered were not the color we chose. Two, a janky piece of plywood decking needed to be replaced and just being in the routine of laying the roofing paper (whatever it is) the roofer almost covered it up. These are logistics, not performance.

Still overall a 5-star job.

They were very professional. They got the work done fast and right. They also was very clean. Cliff came and inspected my roof and knew immediately that I needed to get my roof fixed and got his team on it immediately. They were very honest. Proof showed when insurance people came.

Strength Roofing shows that they are interested in their customers. The representative, Brad, that promptly came to my house was very organized and clear in his delivery. He helped me know what issues were involved and why. And he was willing to take the time to answer all questions. He knew his "stuff". Brad has gone out of his way to work a solution for my situation. Those values have made your company strong.

Adam Strength was able to give me a reasonable estimate of cost and time when job would be completed. He sent Taylor Barnes and his crew who did an excellent job. They they were very careful to not damage any plants or bushes around house which made my wife happy, as well as a great cleanup of all debris.I would recommend anyone needing a roof to strongly consider Strength Roofing and Siding.

Allen is extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with him because he made the experience of having to replacing my roof a lot easier to navigate and understand. I got quotes from multiple companies and none were as friendly or as knowledgeable as he was. He walked me through step by step of the entire process and made my options through every step clear and easy to understand. He even explained and showed me in great detail exactly what was wrong with my roof unlike the competitors. We used Strength Roofing & Siding to replace the storm & hail damaged Roofing of four buildings at our church. They did a first class job. Brooks and the crew were vey professional. They showed up on time and took care in protecting both our interior and exterior property. Not only did they finish the job in record time, but attention was given to every detail. Whenever we have concerns. They are taken care of right away. We recently needed a roof inspection and William came out and took care of it. This is a great company. They did a great job from first contact. The installers did a great job very professional. The new roof looks great. A great job on installation. Every thing was cleaned up and hauled away. Would never know they were here except for the great new roof. The office staff was very friendly and helpful when we went in to take care of payment. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone with out a doubt. Had roof done in 2023. Came back in 2025 for vinyl siding. They didd a great job and will use them in the future for additional upgrades.
