Joe Coldiron had his crew out the very next week after giving us an estimate on a new deck. He walked us thru the whole process. Showed us how the company operated, showed us the owners behind Maycon. Even made a joke of the real owners of Maycon, that truly ran the show, which was Jon Huck the owners two little girls. But it was very interesting to see how this company is very generous in the community and gives back on every job. They had the deck tore off and our new one built back in a day in half. They done an excellent job on the construction of the new deck and their clean up was beyond great it was exceptional, he had the crews walking around with magnets. Once the job was complete, he had came back out to do a final inspection and get final pictures and ended up walking around with a metal detector. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My roof was damaged pretty badly during a recent storm and with the help of Maycon we had all the damages repaired very quickly. I am very thankful for all the help they provided in this extremely stressful situation. I highly recommend reaching out if you have recently been through a similar issue.

We had a house that had been in my wife’s family that needed a lot of work done including a new roof. We ended up selling the home and not getting the roof and siding and windows done. However Joe Coldiron gave us a fair price for all the work that needed done and found other issues that we did not see that was outside of his scope of work. So he informed us that we should get with the power company to see how much it would cost to get all the electrical updated for them to just run power to the house before we sank any money into the cosmetic parts of it. Because he found that issue we end up calling them first and found that the house was gonna cost way too much to just get electric to it on top of the other work that needed done so we ended up selling it. We trusted Joey and he could have easily taken our money and done the all the work he quoted us and we would not have been able to even live in it due to the electric and been out a lot of money. I’d highly recommend Joe and trust him for any project. Not only is he a stand up guy but a hard worker and will call him anytime in the future that I need work done

Joe Coldiron and Maddie Bender were great to work with on our roofing project. The workers were professional and respectful. We had vinyl siding installed, back in October, by Maycon. During that project an old repair of a leak in our roof somehow broke loose, and it started leaking again. The man who subcontracted with Maycon said he would fix it, but did not get it done. Once we contacted Joe things moved along quickly. The leak was found, repairs were made, and a whole new shingled roof was installed. Our old roof was only 10 years old. It had been installed by another reputable company in the area. We originally had our roof replaced by them because of the leak. It leaked immediately after the new install. That company sent someone out, numerous times over several years, to repair the leak. Continued to leak until about 5 years ago. Apparently they didn’t fix it correctly and hadn’t installed it correctly in the first place.
We have had a some pretty good wind and rain storms come through since Maycon completed their work a few weeks ago. So far we have not had any more leaks.
We love the look of the siding and the new shingles.

I just contacted Maycon Construction to come and do a new roof for my house. They set up an appointment immediately. The lady that set the appointment was very nice and pleasant to talk with. The gentleman that they sent out to my house, Mr Lambros, to give me the estimate was very good and thorough. He spent a lot of time going over my roof to be sure he got everything that he needed. They flew a drone over it as well taking pictures. Mr. Lambros also helped walk me through the finance process and was extremely good at his job. I have been very impressed with Maycon and Mr. Lambros so far. I am looking forward to my new roof.

Maycon did an asphalt roof and gutters at two of our properties. Project managers kept me informed thru the process and the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe to my satisfaction. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
In a day and age where finding someone to actually show up and do work is challenging, this was a refreshing experience. Would definitely recommend and will use again on our next project.

In August I needed a new roof for a house that I recently bought. The shingles and rubber roofing were long overdue for replacement. Travis with Maycon Construction Services was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. The new roof looks great and transformed the house. The crew did a great job and cleanup was top notch.

Then in October Joe Coldiron, Brendan, & crew resurfaced our balcony’s rubber roof surface and installed a new privacy railing. They did a great job. Joe was on top of it and communicated with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the results.
