Maycon installed a commercial flat roof for me several years ago at a fair price. A drain clogged recently causing water to pool. While not a result of anything they did, Joe Coldiron and crew came right away to set the matter straight for me, before more rain came. Joe was great to work with. Quick response and they do what they say they’re going to do. I recommend them.

Joe Coldiron was excellent to work with. He came out to inspect our roof, took over a 100 pictures of the home, and was the only one who got in the attic. After that he came in and went over his 19 point inspection report with us showed us a video of why we kept getting blow offs, and explained how some things were not up to code. Told us that it didn’t qualify for a repair that he would have to replace it and explained why. Worked up a price while he was here. We went ahead and went with Joe. He had the crew out the following week, they started at 8 in the morning and had it tore off by 10:30, and put back on by 3. Gave us a lifetime warranty with our roof. They cleaned up good, and provided us with all of the pictures of the final project from an aerial view. I would recommend this company and would hire them again.

Brett Mabry was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable in the various products & spent a few hours thoroughly investigating everything to ensure our quote was done properly. He explained the entire process and answered all the questions we had. Unfortunately there was an issue with our insurance company and the out-of-pocket difference would not fit within our budget. Ultimately we had to go with another company, but I have no doubt that Maycon would have performed the job correctly. I highly recommend Brett when it comes to estimating. Maddie did a great job staying in communication with me as the project began and visited the site a couple times as well. Overall, the crew did a great job!

Recently had Maycon come out to look at my roof. We ended up not needing a roof but Will was completely honest and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend if you want someone you can trust.

Joe Coldiron was very professional and very thorough. Explained the differences in the siding. Helped us with a website that allows us to see our house with different colors of siding on it. Explained the different thicknesses of the siding which helped us make our decision. We had planned on getting three estimates, but decided to go ahead and go with Maycon, he explained that the siding would take anywhere from 4 to six weeks to come in and that the job would take roughly three days to complete. He stayed in contact every week to give us updates on the materials. Once the siding had came in, they showed up to do the job and was finished in 2 days. The clean up was amazing and I would recommend this company to anyone.

MayCon Construction did a great job on our new roof, Lambros Svingos came out and gave us an estimate and offered a financing package and we had a new roof in less than a week, the crew came early and put in a full day and completed the job in one day and then Maddie came out and did a follow up. We are very happy with the service provided.

I would highly recommend Maycon. Joe Coldiron was very helpful and very knowledgeable in construction, he answered all of our questions, he spent 45 mins on his inspection explained everything to fine detail. His presentation of the company was great, to see a company give back speaks volumes. Insurance did not approve the total amount for my parents roof, but he helped them get approved for the rest.
This company didn't have Ben ask for a deposit until the day the job started.

I had Will Simmons come out to my house and he did a great job. He checked out my roof from the outside as well as in the attic. Making sure, I didn't have any leaks or problems that I didn't know about. Glad to see that someone takes the time to do a inspection correctly.

Joe was great to work with as they replaced a 20 year roof on our home. Project managers were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Clean up was done well, was amazed out how fast the job got done. I would highly recommend Joe and his team!!!

From the initial consultation/quote(Becky) to the very end Maycon Construction has went above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of quickly. The roof is even nicer than I expected and makes my house look like a brand new build. They had 90% of it finished within a day and they really impressed me as hot as it has been last few days. Becky was prepared, professional, personable and diligent in assessing my project needs. I had an excellent experience with Maycon in the preliminaries of setting up roofing service. Ultimately, however, purely based on budget limitations, I elected to go with another contractor based purely on a lower estimate .... a decision I may just later regret .... and look to Maycon for any future projects!
