We have used Genie Sales and Sevice for several years and the most recent experience reinforces our support of this business. They answered when we called to schedule a service, showed up on time the next day and made the repairs required to make our garage door opener operational again. The price is reasonable and their service is second to none. We refer GS&S to all of our friends and family.

My garage door broke and I happened to see a work truck with this place’s info on it soon after, so I gave them a call and Cory got me all fixed up even better than before! Now I have a WiFi hub added to my door opener so that I never have to worry if I accidentally left my garage door open lol. Cory was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and at a good price, so I will definitely use him for any future garage door needs and recommend him to others.

Cory was great. Very friendly and easy to schedule with. While he replaced the springs on my garage door, he answered all my questions. I would absolutely use him again for any and all my garage door needs.

We used Cory’s dad for the first time in 1990; then when we bought this home in 1995 and he repaired Genie and installed a new one at some point. I met Cory a couple years ago and the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree. I call and they give me the first date and time possible which is generally within 24 hrs or say I’ll be there in 1.5 hrs. Their professionalism, honesty, timeliness, reasonable rates and values are phenomenal. Cory installed a new programmable garage door opener this week and I love it!!! He is amazing to say the least.

Genie Sales & Service in Lewisville has helped us out a couple of times with garage opener door issues. Both times they were super responsive, calling right back and making an appointment the next day. They worked efficiently fixing the issues quickly and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Pricing was very reasonable. My garage door was not closing fully, I left a message describing my issue. Cory returned the call promptly and advised availability. He arrived and realigned my garage door. Went above and beyond to grease the railing. Best service in town!

We experienced an extreme, late-night garage door disaster that left the door completely off its tracks, door panels bent and several of the track anchors damaged. I called Genie first thing the next morning and Cory was out by mid-day, had the door panels straightened out and on it's tracks, anchors reset, added a brace to stiffen the door, oiled and tuned it up and had it fully functioning in less than 30 mins; you'd never know it was even damaged. Cory is friendly, professional and highly experienced. The service was remarkable and very reasonably priced - definitely a 5-star experience all-around. Thanks again Cory!
