Job involved foundation waterproofing and brick work. Scope of work was clearly spelled out and fair price agreed to. Work was explained as it progressed. Lawn and shrubbery were protected and restored. Brick work was outstanding. The father was always on site supervising the work. Particularly important was the use of shovels and not backhoe near the house. I plan to use MEVM for another project summer 2026.

MEVM did a greate job repairing our chimney crown and cleaning up/repairing the stucco walls in our basement well.
Miguel was very courteous and thorough in outlining the work his crew would do. They even repaired a couple of areas not visible in the beginning. Miguel made sure to keep me updated as the work progressed. The crew was very professional and did master craftsman work. They respected my property and shrubs and did a thorough job cleaning up when done.

The guys did an awesome job Repairing and refinishing my brick steps. They repaired some large cracks in my concrete and did some
miscellaneous fixes around the exterior all of which looked great! They were polite and cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

The Company was very swift at responding, taking a look at the issue (broken front door railings), identifying a solution, and fixing the issue. Maycol, the owner, came over my house on time and explained to me what needed to be done in order to have my chimney working back again. He gave me a good price and made sure his crew showed up on time the following week to start the demolition on my chimney. They completely rebuilt it from the roofline up to the crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an outstanding job replacing all the bricks and flue liners while maintaining the original design. My chimney was in terrible shape, but now it looks brand new and functions safely.
They also repaired the firebox inside my home, fixing the failing mortar to ensure everything is secure and ready for use. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were excellent. If you're looking for expert chimney work, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

I am a repeat customer of MEVM Construction. Three years ago this company installed a large flagstone patio in our backyard. Last year, they installed a flagstone front walkway for us. The quality of the masonry infrastructure is solid and the flagstone design and installation are excellent and holding up well. We continually receive compliments on the finished design work. My wife is very happy and describes it as a work of art.

I knew I needed work on my chimney because the house smelled like BBQ when it rained hard. I kept putting repairs off until a tree limb fell and crunched a chimney cap. MEVM repaired the new and old damage. The house no longer smells like I'm smoking meat when it rains.

Miguel and his crew worked not only quickly, but carefully. We replaced a garage door lintel, and we also needed mortar repointing in a flagstone sidewalk and front steps, chimney work and miscellaneous repointing around the house. All of this was completed over three full back-to-back days—very convenient—and everything looks fantastic. The degree of finish in the work is outstanding. All of this AND a thorough cleanup afterwards! I’d give six stars if I could. Thank you!

Maycol and his team did a great job repairing our chimney and making our fireplace functional! They helped us repair bricks on top of our chimney and inside of our fireplace. They also removed our mantle and made the fireplace look really nice afterwards. We'll be putting up a new mantle later.
