Wes Wilbur...our new friend and neighbor, who also owns and operates Volunteer Land Development, LLC...we needed someone to prep a building spot for a new workshop on our property. We saw the sign on Hwy 321, near Friendsville, and took a chance. We drove up in there that day, on the chance that Volunteer Land Development might be able and willing to do what we needed. Best chance we ever took!!! Wes has not only developed the land for the new shop, but he has also overseen the build every step of the way!! Top Notch Work!!! And if he can't do it himself, he knows other Top Notch People who can!!! It's all coming together so beautifully, and the quality of his work, and that of his friends, CANNOT be beaten!!! On top of all that, Wes is a visionary...he can "see" how it should be, and he can make that happen!! And one more "on top of all that"...he has two amazing sons that he is bringing up in the way they should go!! On a recent snow day, when we were running low on wood due to my husband's recent ankle surgery, they and their friends rolled in here with enough wood to get us through the rest of this winter!! That's the kind of Top Notch People they are!! As someone else has already stated, we are very fortunate and blessed to have a man of Wes's caliber working in our community!! We would definitely call on him in the future and highly recommend him to others in need of this kind of work!!

This company goes above and beyond. Wes made helpful and affordable suggestions, worked within our budget, completed on time and did excellent work. My husband and I highly recommend Volunteer Land Development! They cleared and excavated our land, cut in, graded and graveled the driveway, installed the septic, etc. We are ready to build and will be bringing them back in during that process as well.

David was very helpful was able to help me get the insurance to cover the job which they were not going to pay for the whole job, if it wasn’t for David at Eagle exterior I would of had to pay more than 50% of the work even thought I was paying for the insurance upgrades, they did a great job, very clean and quick.
