Dan with Case Construction did an incredible job in a short amount of work time, gutting our entire basement after a sewage pump failure. we excitedly look forward to them coming in to to the restoration as well as other work around the house.

I contacted this company to come help with our home, the manager Mike said he could have someone in the morning. I said I might ask around for something sooner.He said please let us know if you find something so we don't waste our time, i will I said.
I had to call them the next morning, then call back an hour later (when they were suppose to come out) only to hear, well I didn't know if you found someone, we've had bad customers before leave us hanging!
This is unexceptable to make a commitment and then back out with preconcieved judgements.

The members of the Case team, treated us like family and walked us through the home fire restoration process with care and advocacy. They were prompt, reliable, honest, authentic, sincere but most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY! That means so much when you have people sorting through your belongings and home inch by inch. I can not recommend Case enough!

3 months of work (Mike case told me it'd be 3 months to move back home) took 8 1/2 months, DESTROYED our family!!! There are so many cut corners, and shotty workmanship. The painting job is TERRIBLE!!! I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason, EVER!!! BEWARE!!!!

My bathtub leaked New Year's Eve and caused damage to my living room ceiling, couch,and rug. My insurance company contacted them and they showed up the 2nd of January with machines to dry everything out. That took 2 days, then they returned to remove their equipment, I had to leave for an appointment and was assured they were insured. Upon my return and straightening out the room, we discovered my 2 month old television screen had a scratch on it and reported it, my insurance agent contacted the owner and was told the owner would take care of it and replace it. I have received several phone calls from the owner telling me he would order the TV and take care of it. It is now April 8, 2019 and still no TV. I don't recommend them at all.

This company is out to get whatever they can! Had water damage that a different company handled. Insurance company sent case out to do repairs. Well the did the work my 3 years old could’ve put two pieces of wood down and attached the toilet which I had already bought. Original quote for bathroom to be completed was $931.81. After them not calling back for three weeks decided to go with another company to finish the bathroom. Now case is trying to charge me $1008 for the to put plywood down and attach a toilet that was installed wrong in the first place! Great company NOT! Seems like a money scam to me.

NEVER ever again! Great office staff but don't count on them to get the job done especially if any other more important project/job comes along. Don't expect them to do what you ask of them, check their work, their project manager and workers had NO problem lying to me several times. They never finished the work they started and once you give them the job, they disappeared from more than a month, failed to follow up with appointments and even left me sitting they waiting for them for hours when they said we are in the area and will be right there! They hid their mistakes or the parts of the job they didn't want to do. They are NOT a company I will do business again with, I had high hopes and expectations initially but that faded quickly. I rarely write negative reviews but this company really disappointed me. Now I am forced to do the work that they were suppose to do which I wish I had done in the first place and the job would have been completed at least two months ago. Thanks again to their office staff and their professionalism (at working to make things happen, keeping me calm, and doing their best). One unhappy customer and take my .02 cents for what they are worth. Maybe they work hard at large jobs or for important jobs but I was not a lucky customer. So unfortunate!

First they made temporary repairs that didn't do anything but cost us money. The only tarp that stayed was the one I put on and they couldn't be bothered to redo. They then kept us waiting over 4 months for our actual repairs to begin. They charged us for work that wasn't done and supplies that weren't even put on our house! We specifically asked Mike Steele to look over the work report to make sure we weren't being charged for things that weren't done and he said he did. The gutters they hung don't sit right and water just pours onto my deck. I had to call and remind/ask about starting finishing my work throughout the entire process.

Mike built a house for my brother. They did an awesome job. My brother came down with cancer. He took care of him and his family fairly.

We had an upstairs shower leak through into our livingroom causing a good amount of damage. Greg was prompt with communication and sent over Jazz and Ray to do the cleanup. They showed up first thing the next morning! These guys were professional, kind, and above all did an excellent job. Once the ceiling was opened it revealed the damage was more than anticipated. Jazz and Ray stayed until it was completed and we felt they went above and beyond especially when cleaning up.

They still have not replaced my fence from the Tornado a year ago. My insurance never got proof they replaced and fixed the roof. And our rates were going up because of it. So we reported to our insurance they are committing fraud. They have yet to contact me back with multiple follow ups.

Had case reconstruct half of my roof after mold damage from water leaking in. Paid 14000 for half a roof and two years later am having to hire another company to redo it due to case not correctly sealing everything and the water damage coming back. The other company quoted 12000 for the whole roof and probably knows better than to follow cases technique of using caulk on a roof and leaving screws uncapped. Mike did come by to check their work and claimed they did a great job and he saw no problems leading to the many water stains that reappeared on my ceiling; going so far as to blame "bad paint" but now refuses again to return my calls. Will be pursuing them legally and recommend that everyone who has not made the mistake if working with him avoid the hassle. The owner of the company is basically a scam artist who will take your money and not worry about doing the job right.

Case Construction did a considerable amount of work (well over several hundred thousand dollars) on our home. They had advertised a five-year warranty when they were chosen to perform the work. Upon completion of the work there were several quality issues (pictures below demonstrating just several issues) that they agreed to come back and fix to date none of these fixes have been completed. Most recently Case Construction agreed with AAA (our insurance company) to come back and level our subfloor they installed because our floating floor was bouncing (bad like a trampoline). Case Construction agreed to perform the work after the flooring company removed the flooring. We scheduled our flooring company and informed Case Construction of the date. The flooring company came out promptly, removed the floor, and even agreed to pay for the replacement flooring and labor. Now, for over four weeks we can cannot even get the owner Mike Case to return our calls. The flooring provides a tripping hazard (right in front of stairs) to the entire family and our daughter has had slivers from the work being left uncompleted.
I just wish that Case Construction could be accountable like other contractors are. I would suggest you stay away unless you want subpar work with no communication. Worst contractor that I have EVER dealt with.

Professional, excellent communication, went smoothly, and would highly recommend! Mike and his team were helpful, showed up when promised, checked in with us, and completed work like nothing was ever damaged. Everything looks exactly as promised and we couldn't be happier with Case Construction & Restoration. They took a nightmare situation we were in with water damage and turned it in to a positive experience. THANK YOU!!!

Case did an outstanding job on a major insurance claim with a tree falling on our house!! We called overnight when it happened, and they were at our house with the tree contractor and crane within 45 minutes. They also worked extremely well and patiently with our insurance company working through the complexities of a large claim. Any issues we had along the way were promptly resolved (often with Mike Case coming out himself after hours). The quality of the work was excellent and has stood the test of time with no issues.

I hired Case Construction to remodel my entry way after a major storm. This happened after finding out that, due to a faulty roof put on by the previous owners, I had major water damage. After putting a new roof on I noticed that the wall supports had been destroyed, dry wall ruined, insulation shot, and floor peeling up. Being a new home owner I wasn't prepared for this. Mike Case walked me threw every step that needed to be taken. The crew that came out for each part of the remodel were very courteous. Because of being a newbie home owner I did ask many questions as the crew worked. They graciously answered all my questions. I was given options for the flooring, paint choice, and lighting too. It was a great experience working with them and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Mike and his crew are fantastic! They not only do great work, they are professional and courteous. We had a leaky pipe in our wall that led to cabinetry being moved, subfloor being repaired, new floor being laid and new backsplash being installed. They were skillful and easy to work with at every turn. HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for construction, remodeling, or flood relief services.

We had Case Construction come in after we had a leak from. Our bathroom upstairs to our kitchen. They were great! all the guys were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our kitchen look better the. Ever! If your looking for high quality work from a great bunch of guys this is the place for you.

The water line behind our refrigerator broke which created a leak and damaged our hard wood floor and when into our finished basement and created quite a few problems with drywall, paint, speakers etc... Mike was extremely quick to come out and evaluate the situation and help us with getting things dried out to prevent the damage from worsening. The crews were very professional and diligent. The quality of the work is excellent. Thank you Mike Case and the Case Construction crew for helping us by correcting this otherwise unpleasant experience in such a professional manner. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone, without reservations!!! Thanks again for helping with our home.
