We would highly recommend Case Construction for your restoration needs. There employees were professional and they had all the proper equipment to dry out our house and get it put back together so you can’t tell that we ever had a problem!

Mike Steele was great with communication through the whole process. They worked with our schedules and even moved their workers around to accommodate when certain dates didn’t work for us. They were also very patient with us in explaining the process and always answered our questions and put our minds at ease.

We love the finished product and are happy to have our home back to normal with minimal disruption to our lives!

No call, no show. Took us through the claim estimate process after a water leak and were scheduled to start work on December 9th, 2024. On December 8th, they furnished a quote that nearly doubled their initial claim estimate, so we had them pause to work through the change in cost with our adjuster.

We haven't received any communication from them since despite multiple attempts at outreach. We were left high and dry and ultimately had to find another contractor on short notice.

Both the Owner, Mike and the Craftsman, Dave that did the restoration from water damage in my wood and glass atrium were excellent. Very friendly very professional and went the extra mile to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the results of the project. I would feel 100% confident in recommending Case Construction!

We have had the help of Case Construction twice now, and have been very happy with their work! Mike Steele has been absolutely wonderful to work with (supportive, communicative, great with our kids & pets, and genuinely a nice person). Bob has also been wonderful when completing projects at our home (friendly, communicative, great with our pets & kids, and also genuinely a nice person). We have also communicated with the owner Mike Case who was kind, reassuring, and easy to talk to. We feel very lucky to have had their help through this difficult time.

Case Construction follows through on all details. Hey not only do great, precise work, but they are organized and clean up each day so that you feel less like you are living in a construction site. Highly recommend.

They are phenomenal. On time, affordable and they go above and beyond when you call them. They worked with me every step of the way and made my water mitigation and construction issues totally stress free.

I have had three different water damage issues and every time Case Construction has done a great job getting my home livable again. Mike works well with insurance adjusters, and has a fantastic team that works hard to complete what needs to get done. Mike and his entire team are personable and open to contact for any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Some time in June 2023, a portion of my garage ceiling suddenly caved in. The possible cause could be the wild animals got into the ceiling attic and did the damage. I contacted my home insurance company, Central Insurance, to try to cover some repair costs. Central Insurance appointed Case Construction and Restoration Inc. from Rockford, MI, to work with me to get an estimate of the repair cost. Case Construction then sent their Examiner, Mike Steele, to my house to evaluate the damage. He did a good job of measuring the size of broken ceiling and the size of the entire garage ceiling for repainting. Mike was very courteous and professional. I had a good experience working with him. He said as soon as Central Insurance approved the costs, I should receive a check in 7 to 10 days from Central. As soon as I received the check, I could schedule an appointment with Case Construction to get the job done.

Due to Case’s building projects being full till November, they sub-contracted my garage repair to an independent Home Repair Specialist, CJ Berles. CJ is an all-around handyman. CJ started the garage repair on Day 1, 7/14/23. He fitted the dry wall into the broken hole in the ceiling, then taped it, and plastered it. Day 2, 7/18/23, He sanded down the repaired ceiling, and painted the entire garage ceiling including the old ceiling, so the paint color of the new and the old ceilings would be evenly matched. CJ is friendly, easy to work with, and very efficient. He did a great job beyond my expectation. I am most impressed with his quality work as shown in the attached before and after photos. As soon as it was completed, Mike from Case Construction came to my house on 7/19/23 to check on CJ’s work and issued me their Certificate of Satisfaction and Completion for Repair. I had a great experience working with Case Construction. They had a well-disciplined process and followed through their subcontractor’s work to ensure it met the customer’s expectations. I definitely will call on Case Construction for my next home improvement project.

1) For experience, I sent them images and they knew what to do.
2) For speed, arrived with-in hours and ready to act.
3) Showed with the right materials and did the work in one shot.
4) Workmanship, they did it right. Cleaned up all the mess, and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy.
5) The owner Mike, very professional and saved my day. The team he has, they nailed it and never complained.

Want to add, this has been a very turn key experience.
They work direct with the insurance company on the claim.
Communicate with me as needed, I just help with the outcomes on what I want. No stress or worries and this... I like a lot.

Someone hit the building.
Where if it was not taken care of that day.
There was a good chance one of the walls would had fallen down. This would have caused the roof to crash in and much more damage.

3 hours after my phone call, Mike and his team was on site.
Very happy I made the call to them and it all worked out like it did. NO REGRETS!

Continued persistent with subcontractors getting our huge project on track! Over a $800K fire 🔥 restoration. Great to work with during a stressful situation. Can’t recommend Mike and his team enough.

Mike and his team are fabulous! We called at 4 AM when a pipe burst and the owner came out himself to get it stopped! They always go above and beyond and we recommend them in a heartbeat!! Thanks guys!

Bryan Maple was assigned our project thru our insurance company. We had an unfortunate water issue and damage was done to our laundry room, and our lower level family room and closet. Bryan was excellent and was on top of everything and communicated everything and kept us up to date every step of the way. We can’t say enough good things about case construction and Bryan Maple.

Case Construction and Restoration far surpassed our expectations in the restoration of our house after a fire. The project manager was well organized , communicated well, and had a keen attention to every detail we brought to his attention. He and his team were consummate professionals. They listened and applied our detailed instructions. The final product was truly impressive. Many visitors to the house think that it's brand new! They're very surprised when we tell them that it was rebuilt after an extensive fire. We highly recommend Case Construction and Restoration for both new and restorative construction. Five Stars!

Case construction did an excellent job restoring our water damaged home . The office and owner were always very knowledgeable courteous and helpful . All of the employees were very polite and were true craftsman at rebuilding our lower cupboards to match the upper cupboards etc! To top it all off they made the place sparkle before we moved in. We had a tree fall into our 140 year old home. We used Case Construction on a previous claim, and they were our first call. Bryan Maple, and his team, were top notch in taking care of this stressful mess and rebuild. We have a new appreciation of what is involved in a Large Claim. Quality of work, timely progression of repairs, and attention to details were always at the forefront, along with our safety and long term security. I hired this company for a variety of household tasks, and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. A multigenerational, family-run crew of women arrived with bright smiles and a true “get it done” attitude, which immediately put me at ease.
They disassembled two metal loft beds and moved them to the basement with care, vacuumed thoroughly underneath, and helped relocate several heavy furniture items. They also wiped down walls, cleaned the bathroom, and prepped produce for the week while tidying up the kitchen.
Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was their versatility and positive energy—they moved seamlessly between tasks and made a big difference in getting my home back on track. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, all-around help.

I just purchased an electric trike because of my health issues. I could not find a car rack that I could use to transport my trike. Terri at Bold Designed a rack for me. He worked with me every step of the way. The welding and painting work are clean
