Called for an estimate on building a deck after Thanksgiving. Had to wait two weeks for an appointment. Two gentlemen came out for about 15 minutes and took measurements. Informed me they work an estimate up. After a week I called the company. The person I spoke with said the gentlemen were there in the shop and will ask what the issue is. He never called back so I called again the following week. Same answer, he never called back. I called for a third time and was informed the same answer. Never called back. I guess this company does not need the work. I DO NOT recommend this company for any needs you may have. Very poor customer service.

Had my porch screened with aluminum frame with A Plus. They did a good job with it. Had a good overall experience from start to finish.

Had to install a privacy fence this year over the chain link fence that A+ installed last year. Mason and his crew were excellent. They worked very fast, answered all my questions, changed a few things I requested, and overall couldn't have been nicer.

Last year when I needed to replace the old chain link fence, I called three companies. One never called me back, one called back and said he would stop by (he never did), the other was A+, who not only called back but made an appointment and showed up on time. Craig Myers was very nice and professional, gave me an estimate, and an estimated time for installation. The crew that installed that fence was also very fast and nice.

This year when I called, I got an appointment with Craig, who once more was very nice and professional. He came and listened to my story, measured my yard, and gave me two estimates for different types of fences. He explained that they were very busy and that it would take about three weeks until the fence could be installed.

I spoke several times with Dottie, who was very sweet and kept me up to date with changes to the schedule due to all the heavy rain.

Just wanted to express my complete satisfaction with the installation of the remote gate opener fence and the fence on the other side of the house. Both look amazing! The end result was beyond my expectations! Your team of professionals that installed the fencing were top notch! They worked extremely hard and were very nice. They even left the yard neat and clean. I am so Happy that I don’t have to get in and out of my car to open and close the gate!
Again, I am so HAPPY with the finished product!

Poor Customer service. Trust the reviews. Signed proposal to replace my gates and paid deposit on Sept 30th. I contacted them the first time around the first week in November after not hearing anything regarding scheduling. I was told someone would call me back. We'll after another 2 weeks I called again leaving another message. After informing I was coming to get my deposit back someone was able to come out 2 days later. My wood post did not need replacing as stated on proposal but only after requesting adjustment did I receive a $70 refund which I'm sure was not close to what I was charged. Ask for a detailed breakdown in price if you are willing to take the chance. The guys doing installation were nice and very professional.

They provided outstanding service. All workers were very professional, courteous and presented a very neat appearance. The finished product (privacy fence) was above our expectation. Highly recommend! JLB

This year my veterinary practice had our yard extended and had to have old fencing removed and replaced. I have used A+ in the past for similar work so I reached out to them again. I could not be more pleased with the prompt response and scheduling in addition to the professionalism of the the entire staff. The finished product is great. A few months later a commercial driver damaged the fence and A+ came out and repaired the damage without delay. The staff was helpful from beginning to end of the process and you cannot tell there was ever any damage done. You can't do better in the river region in my opinion.

This is our 3rd fence, at different locations, by A+ Quality Fence Company. The crew is efficient, very respectful of our property and does an excellent job every time! If the need arises, we’ll use them again!!

Great company. Had a fence installed by them. Tried several others and A+ was not only the best price, were also very quick to respond, get a quote, and get the job done. Extreemly professional crew, all way starting with their office staff, the quote person, to the installers. Nothing but professionalism and top quality hands down. Great price, quality fence! Very good communication. They helped us every step of the way to a beautiful new fence.

The installation was done BLOCKING complete access to the plot behind the AC unit with underground gas and electric lines that no one can access in the case of a leak. I can’t believe that a professional company would proceed with an installation like this, leaving only about 3 to 5 inches on each side. I was charged $7500 for the fences 4 months ago through the builder who subcontracted A+. I didn’t see the final product until after I moved in. I’ve been reaching out for over three months now, and still I have not received a concrete resolution. No one is taking responsibility. Instead, A+ gave me a quote with the price if I want the blockage removed. To make the issue worse, a few weeks later, A+ just placed new fences for my neighbors next door connecting to my portion of the fence that requires removal.
Ironically, I received an email from the manager of A+ YESTERDAY saying that they are INACTIVATING the quote that they gave me because the builder HOA didn’t agree with the removal of the blockage. As homeowner, I can’t have complete access to my own property. I am TRAPPED, literally!

A while back we had A+ out to replace the chain link and top rail on an old fence and fix some things. They were very professional, did fast quality work and the pricing was very reasonable. I'm calling them again soon for another project. There's a reason why most of the privacy fences in my neighborhood have an A+ Fence sign on them, they do great work!

Update: second project completed and the work was great!

I can't say enough good things about Terri and her crew! They have transformed my yard. I have had them build a fence, a deck/stairs, and most recently a deck with a gazebo and I absolutely love it! I will definitely use them again for my 2025 projects.

For the last 20 years every time I have had a need for a fence of any kind, I have reached out to A+. I recently had a need to replace a 6' Custom Shadow Box Fence A+ built for me over 19 years ago. The customer service from the estimating/quoting process to the highly professional removal and installation of the new fence was excellent. They will always get my call. Inspection was thorough with pictures of all damages found. Prepared very well to assist insurance to show all damaged areas to help with claim approval. Also inspected ceilings inside in all rooms to photograph each spot of water damage to make sure insurance inspector/adjuster included record of all damages. Claim was approved on first review due to the great attention to the details of all storm related damages.

Since day one this company has been nothing but professional, Bing is outstanding!! He made the process easy and very understandable, As a 1st time homeowner he walk me thru the process from inspection to insurance to installation, I am very pleased with the work that was performed!!! BING & Andrea arrived just when they sId they would. BOTH were very kind & courteous. Bing has a very sharp eye for details. He is Very knowledgeable. We both got the runRoud from my Ins. Co. In the end to get the roof covered and paid I had to go with a roofer "on their list." Would I have used Bing? Of course!
