We have used A+ fence since they started their business back in the 90"s. Always quality work, from custom gate installation to creosote , metal, split rail to standard fencing. Most recently helped us design& install our farm gate. The owner, Craig Myers always does what he promises and has top notch employees, many of them employed 20+ years. I highly recommend A Plus Fence.

Not only was it a great price, it was great value for the price. They are very busy but get to you as soon as they can, and really care to provide the fence you want and need. Both crew and office staff were great.

I love building a fence thats true and built with quality material, or on any task of woodwork. seems simple things now require a much higher skillset or understanding these days with new techniques or new products.
A plus is one of those special places that builds works of art, and they are extremely fair priced.
The tri-county is truly blessed to have them stick with and grow when others were closing shop. You can’t find better work nor better people,

James was great! They installed several dumpster enclosures and completed railings on our new stairways. Everything looks amazing and is built with quality. Highly recommended.

I had A+ install an aluminum fence, I noticed after installation there were a couple of bent posts. It has been almost 5 months and I still have not been successful getting them back out to fix this. They just did not show up on two occasions. After the initial sale extremely poor customer service.

Trust the reviews!!! Poor quality and not professional at all. They also have crooks working for them. The owner and founder of Rebel Fabrication James Hall who stole over a dozen people money works here now. TRUST THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!

Terrible Customer Service
Spent thousands of dollars with them installing 3 gates and a lot of fence. We have something go wrong with a gate about once a month. Apparently nothing is warranted because we are charged every time they come out. Our main gate at the front entrance is obviously not grounded correctly because every time a thunderstorm rolls in it quits - usually frying something that costs about $500. I would not recommend them!

The fence itself, great job done by crew. Communication is why I give this fence company poor rating. They will not call/communicate with you to let you know when they are coming or if they are not. Call the office and speak to the secretary, oh she'll handle it, create you a "ticket" but guess what..... you never get communicated with about that either.... too much to ask after all the money you spend I guess.

Mrs.Terry the manager did a survey for me about a 2 weeks ago for a estimate for staining my fence. I received no response or email from her or anyone. I called A+ and Terry relayed the message to the guy on the phone that they are not doing any staining jobs and didnt want to give me the estimate. Very unprofessional and I still dont have a estimate. Terrible business practice.

A+ Fence & Deck did a super job in installing a new backyard fence with my choice of a wider entry gates & a copper top post on both side of my front house in Providence subdivision in Pike Road (Yes, they cover Pike Rd city). In addition, they installed new 3 side aluminum screens & a side door to my back porch that was really top notch & met my expectation of having professional grade materials with proper installed sealed insulation between the screens to prevent gap pockets often found in other vendor's construction work.

I was so impressed with the home construciton that I recommended them to do some construction work for our clinic as well. Highly recommend!!!

A+ Fence crew were very slow in completing the job; and the owner/manager will NOT return your call if there’s a problem. I would not recommend them. Professionalism is very poor. Customer service does meet standard requirements. Thanks!

Everyone we came into contact with at this company did an excellent job. Communication was very good; they did exactly what they said they'd do. My wife & I are so pleased with our screened porch. Thanks! We definitely give you an A+.

Very poor customer service, When I decided to use this company the guy came out and did the measurements. After that it took over two months to get someone to let me know what was going on with the project. When they finally came out to install it they but the gate opening on the wrong side and they put the key pad on the gate instead of a key pad that I had requeste. Some of the staff was very rude. Also I left a message for the manager to call me and until this day he has not and I left a message for the owner to call me and he has not. I left several messages and until this day I have not heard from them. Think twice before using this company.

They had the best price in the area for a basic chain link fence for my back yard. When installation time came they told me it might take two days— and they got it done in one. My fence is tidy and sturdy and I have no complaints. My dog really enjoys having the space to run around outside and I enjoy having the peace of mind that she’s safe.

A+ came and replaced all the floors and hand rails on my deck and stairs with trex like material. They went the extra mile in making sure that anything that needed to be replaced was. Their attention to doing a quality job has always impresses me. If you want a job done right, call them.

A truly professional company. They quickly made my old fence disappear, removed a small tree in the way, ground out the roots, and installed the fence within 2 hours. All the old fencing and the tree were completely removed. The new fence looks fantastic.

We had them come out in November 2020 due to damage from the hurricane. They measured our privacy fence and gave us an estimate. Once we got approval from the Insurance company in March/February, we called to schedule an appointment. We were told that the price of wood had gone up, so the price may go up. Ok we understand, but wait, we are sorry when we were out there in November, we didn’t measure your fence properly, so the price will be different as well. We were like what. They came out remeasured and the price tripled. We tried several, and I mean SEVERAL times calling , asking to speak to a manager or the owner. We left messages, no one returned our calls. On April7, 2021, I spoke with Leslie. I explained I needed to speak with the manager or owner. Oh they aren’t here right now, would you like to leave a message. I said, we have left numerous messages, and no one calls back. She advised she would give our message to them. She called back, and obtained more information, and assured me someone would call back! Guess what, we haven’t heard anything. SO DO NOT USE A+ Fencing!!!! They are a bunch of incompetent people !!!!!!

Okay I don’t know if it’s this location or the one in Prattville.
I had called around the month of May to get an estimate on a privacy fence. Which was scheduled for June 5th to which was moved to June 7th.

Great. I have been anticipating this meeting for an estimate. It was nice having the two people out talking about the fence, the gate, etc.
After all that and waiting a week no response, I thought let’s wait a bit longer. Another week no response.
Okay so I called, “are you sure you got an estimate?” 🙄 …
Anyways they have me on file and that they’ll have to check in with someone & send the quote.
Okay nothing, called the next day. I only had gotten an email notice about the person who was on site is out on appointment and will get back to me.

Nothing!!!

I’ve email twice like “thank you” & “hello? I’m waiting for the quote?”
How long is this appointment? Or is he on a site? Otherwise have the other lady give me my quote!?

Upside their quote is quite reasonable during this aftermath of COVID (when everything increased). But since it took so long to get back to me I went for another contractor which honestly was more after all the add on.

Friendly service at a reasonable price. Their work has made my look even better. Built the aluminum gate to fit perfectly, my driveway had an slight decline and they made sure the gate to fit that decline. Very happy with the results

We used A+ QFD to fence in our backyard at our residence. Very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended! Everyone we dealt with (front office, estimator, and crew) were courteous and professional.

Beautiful gate! Everyone was wonderful to work with, the gate was fabricated and installed very quickly. I am very pleased & highly recommend them!
