Eric and his team did such a great job! They were fast, friendly and extremely communicative. His team was so empathetic of our flood situation, along with Eric. Never felt so taken care of by a company. Thanks you, Eric, Quentin, Isaac, Logan, Drew, Karina, Kasey, Brandon, and Austin.

This is an excellent group of people. They go the extra mile to make it is done in a timely and professional manner. They also make sure you understand everything that’s going on and how long each project takes. They were DDR’s techs . I will give the names of the ones that I have, Hope I am not leaving anyone out. Names Braden, Eric, Austin, Casey, Kalina, drew, Winton, Isaac, and Logan.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, Casey, and Jason from the Paul Davis Restoration Moving Team and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure the moving and unpacking process went smoothly. They handled everything with great care and made sure my things weren’t damaged during the process.

They all exceeded all of our expectations! Great work guys!!!

Terrible experience and the photos don’t lie. My insurance company set me up with PDR to replace some carpet in my basement after my water heater went. PDR hired Dyer Flooring and that’s where the headaches started. The 2 workers from Dyer Flooring broke closet doors, laid carpet with no padding underneath and left my house trashed. I’d highly recommend anyone reading this review avoid Dyer Flooring and its owner, Mark Dyer, unless you don’t mind spending months having more people come into your house to fix Dyer’s mistakes. A simple carpet replacement job took 8 months to complete because of the incompetence of Dyer Flooring and my first project manager with PDR.

Very knowledgeable and personal crew! Eric did a great job getting me started and had a wide set of expertise. Kasey and Logan did a very thorough and good job on the project itself and were a pleasure to talk to. Austin was very helpful on the phone as well. All around good interaction and professional team!!

I had an excellent experience with this tree removal company from start to finish. Josh was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done safely and efficiently. The team showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for top-notch service and great customer care. We had a sewer back up in our house and Paul Davis came out and were so nice, helpful and professional that I would recommend their work to anyone. Braden, Isaac, and Austin were all so helpful and considerate of our situation. We’re a bit adverse to technology but Braden even helped us make an account to write this review!

The team of Austin,Eric,Braden,Logan, Kasev,Kalina,Isaac, Quentin,and Drew went above and beyond to do the demo needed to fix the damage done to both the upstairs and downstairs. They worked great as a team and kept me informed of everything that was happening! They were on it immediately and did a very complete recovery. I hope that I didn't leave anyone out, they all were friendly and professional

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Hired them for water mitigation and rebuild services for an ice dam. We were given misinformation thinking the work they did would fix the issues that caused the ice dam. After reconstruction the ice dam came back and ruined what had been rebuilt. We tried to reach out for them to redo the work but they would not. I understand that insurance does not cover the "fix" only restoring it. I believe we were wronged because they did not disclose that anything was wrong with the roof or construction of the house. We were under the impression that they were fixing ths issue and restoring the house. I asked about the roof durring the process and they said it was not a roofing issue (we were unaware they were not qualified to make that assumption). This nightmare has taken place from mid december 2025 all they way until late march 2026. The lack of communication was disgusting. I have requested any form of compensation multiple times and each time they said they would put a note in and have the GM reach out. we have yet to get a call or have any record of a note being made. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Kasey, Austin and Logan were very good over there two weeks . Communication was excellent. They cleaned up well and answered all questions too. Great crew!

Please run from this company!!!! Far Far away!!! The service they provide is substandard at best. The contractors are sub contractors. So you don't know who is providing the work or if they will even show up. A small house fire took almost a year to repair. We asked them to leave and we would finish up. They took almost $18,000 dollars of our money for services they didn't provide. They tried to bill us for an extra $16,000 for profit and storage fees over and above what the insurance company already paid them for. State Farm should be ashamed of themselves for ever allowing these people in our homes.

I personally do not recommend this company to anyone looking to restore damage to their house. We had unexpected flooding on August 17th. Paul Davis came out that week to help with the water damage and had to tear down our ceiling and rip apart some carpet, bathroom tiles, and some of our wood flooring. It is almost the end of October and they have still not come out to finish their reconstruction. My husband has reached out almost daily, including sending a message to the owner of the company. Now we are left with a torn apart bathroom (including damage to our cabinets that was done when the fans were placed by them), and ripped up carpet in our guest room and basement.

We were unlucky enough to have 2 water claims at the same time (found one when looking for the other in the ceiling) and then our basement flooded right before Christmas from a bladder tank leak! Paul Davis handled everything. They were here within 2 hours to begin the dry out/ clean up process and were detailed about looking for and treating mold. It was confusing having so many claims at once, but here we are over a year later from the first one and everything is dry and beautifully rebuilt. I highly recommend them!

I greatly appreciated all the help I received from Paul Davis with the water mitigation services they provided. Eric got everything organized and led a fantastic team with Andrew, Austin, Braden, Kasey and Logan. They were very professional and took care of business effectively.

The PaulDavis team has come through once again and made our family satisfied customers too. Eric was out shortly after my initial call to review the situation and give an overview of what we could expect. The mitigation team was out early the next morning and Braden, Kalina and Q or Quentin jumped right in to clean up the water damaged area of my basement and remove and treat the mold.
They were upfront and clear about the extent of the damage, what they were doing and what I would expect at the next steps.
They were very respectful of my property and home as they were working and I’ll recommend them to anyone I know.
I’m looking forward to having the repairs all done, but I have peace of mind that things are being handled correctly.

I called Paul Davis due to having water damage in my basement. It was a very traumatic experience, but the absolutely amazing people at Paul Davis were able to help me out and put my mind at ease. The amazing mitigation supervisor, Eric, was just outstanding and very knowledgeable. He was able to make me feel like his only customer, and show me his direct attention. The mitigation team as a whole was outstanding as well. Watching the crew I was able to see how much care and effort they put into everything they do to complete the project in a safe and precise manner. I will definitely recommend Paul Davis to anyone having to deal with issues regarding mitigation or Reconstruction!

Excellent customer service. We were doing construction on my roof following tree damage. The insurance payments took the longest - I found Paul Davis Restoration and my contact/foreman, Josh, to be extremely communicative and helpful! They kept me updated weekly and I couldn’t get ahold of Josh however I felt comfortable (text or call). They helped work on a special form for my insurance payments as well which was awesome! I didn’t have to worry about the job or process with them! When they repaired the roof, they got it completed in a day and a half! I was so very impressed! Thank you for excellent customer service and efficiency ❤️❤️

Our church used Baseline and they didn't clear and clean as the promised. They left the piles and planted trees around the piles

Johnny is an excellent forester and listens to what the customer wants. His entire team is very responsive.
