I wish I could say our experience was great...but I can't. Our insurance company selected Paul Davis's quote when a tree fell on our home. The agreed amount was 40,000 less then the original quote. We never heard from Paul Davis again. We were forced to complete most of the repairs ourselves. We, I confronted Paul Davis the owner Travis said that we "slipped through the cracks" he would make it right. I have yet to hear from him again. I even attempted to reach out...crickets. I would think twice before getting involved with this Company.

Paul Davis came in to remediate an extensive water leak from our upstairs shower, causing damage in the bathroom, and down in our lower bedroom. They removed drywall walls, ceiling and wood, and treated for mold and stayed on the job for several days testing for further moisture. They did incredible work. Thank you Casey, Branden, Austin and Eric for your attention to detail and tremendous customer service.

I had Paul Davis repair some water damage from a condo above mine. The excellent customer service began with Kylie, she was able to schedule an inspection of the damage right away. She was helpful and the process was quick and efficient. Next up was John, who came and talked to me and walked me through the process. He answered any and all questions I had, which was a godsend when I couldn’t get a call-back from my insurance company for a couple weeks. Although they were EXTREMELY busy from the January thaw and multiple frozen/broken water pipe reclamation jobs, John always responded to a text or call and never left me hanging. They scheduled the repairs according to my schedule, and the work got completed in the exact time expected: one week. Charlie did the actual repair work, and he is a pro that can do it all. He and his assistant Danny were careful not to disrupt my life any more than necessary (I had to live here while they repaired the damage) and to limit the dust, noise, and clutter. I can’t believe how little construction dust they generated! The ceiling and the paint looks good as new. I’m glad I hired Paul Davis to repair my water damage. From the first call I made to their office, until the final walk-through, they were top-notch and professional. And I’m not being paid a dime to tell you about it!

Joey, Braden, Quentin and Kasey did a wonderful job for us at Paul Davis. They were efficient and worked very hard. They took great care of our things and were very easy to have in our home! Highly recommended!

Paul Davis was contracted by my house insurance to fix some wind damage to my roof in 2021. Recently we had more wind damage and again insurance contracted Paul Davis to repair my roof, however this time after inspection my insurance denied the claim and said that there were too many leaks in my roof causing rot and they would not cover the damage. Paul Davis did a poor patch job in the past and now are telling me to pay 20k out of pocket to replace my roof and they don’t care that their poor work in the past caused the leak damage. 0/10 would never recommend.

I found Paul Davis Restoration through a Google search after a wet, moldy wall was found behind a shower renovation. I had no idea who to call, but they looked like they could do the job and had good reviews. Jill in the office was very nice and asked all the right questions. It was clear that they were the right company to call! Eric and Joey came out within an hour and sized up my situation.
They even did some extra cleaning of the area and sprayed the questionable moldy spots! From there, they had my adjuster on the phone while they were here, and had arranged to have her meet us at my house the next morning at 10:00. Eric and Evan showed up early and got their equipment set up to get the drying process started. They were excellent communicators, knowledgeable, extremely responsive anytime I needed something, and even my adjuster said that my insurance works with Paul Davis a lot, and they're "great." This was definitely something comforting to hear! Eric, Joey, and Evan were all terrific to work with! I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends, and I would call them in the future without thinking twice!

John price was a great coordinator of the work that needed to be finished in my water damaged basement Dan rebuilt my custom cabinets and bookshelves with intricate care Casey redid my floors and even moved all the furniture out of the room and back in when the job was finished. I felt very at ease with my project being handled professionally and beautifully with Paul Davis Restoration and they all loved my dog.

We had a house disaster 5 years ago. They were great initially but when it came to the rebuild, we got screwed!! We literally have nails coming through our walls and flooring now. That should not be happening! Everything was cheaply put together. The communication was horrible. Our siding was buckled after the install and still never got fixed! I will never ever refer anyone! How do I go about obtaining our warranty’s for installs?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Misleading Pricing. If you do, DO NOT pre-pay!!

We hired them for a small amount of remediation work. At first, everything seemed great. The estimate was reasonable (cheaper than competitors), and we were told clearly that pricing was based on time: $1,500 for a half day, $3,000 for a full day. Austin even mentioned it would likely be a half-day job.

The next day, the estimator came with the crew and said it might take longer — but offered a 5% discount if we paid in advance. We did. The job took less than 4 hours total — and that included a 40-minute lunch break. When we followed up about adjusting the invoice to reflect the actual half-day of work, we were told they don’t charge based on time but by the job — which completely contradicts the original quote.

They refused to negotiate and insisted they just “worked faster than usual,” which honestly felt sketchy and dishonest.

Extremely disappointing experience. We trusted their word and ended up overpaying for work that didn’t align with what was promised. Beware — ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and DO NOT pay upfront.

KaseyDrew and Austin were assigned to my basement flood clean up. They were all curtesy, good communication and a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend! They came very quickly, after hours, and were helpful and professional in every way! They talked me patiently through all the steps and have been very communicative through the whole process. Braden, Austin and Drew were here helping and they were all great! Thanks!!

Eric Wheaton and John Price were here today to do the reconstruction inspection. Both gentlemen were very professional and did an excellent job going through everything.

PaulDavis’s did a very efficient and professional job of drying out my basement after my water heater blew. From the time Austin arrived on the first day until Braedon and Pedro came out to physically check on the drying progress every day, I felt confident i was in good hands! I appreciate the professionalism and confidence they bring to the job. KC (Casey?) did the final wrap-up and made sure I was happy and knew what the next steps were in the restoration process before calling the job complete. I will definitely recommend!!

John and his team at Paul Davis did a nice job at our house. I highly recommend him, Ruben and all of his employees.

They are honest, prompt, and straightforward to deal with. I am still having a small issue with leaking in the shower they remodeled, but so far they have been willing to touch up their work.
