They did an excellent job! I had a flood and needed remediation. They came the same day I filed my claim and were remained vigilant, attentive, and communicative the entire time. They were very professional and respected my time and my home.

This company and these ladies are top quality. I recently had them out to my home to help me deep clean several areas and do some touch-ups in order to get my house ready for the market. I walked through and told them what I needed and they went above and beyond. They were so detailed and thorough. They were all so kind and professional throughout the entire process. Sweet Miss Dorothy was someone I want to friend forever and I may adopt Katie as one of my own. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. Definitely recommend for any needs you have!!

My family and I encountered significant challenges during our experience with Brookstone. The company initially estimated that mitigation and restoration following a pipe leak would require no more than 8 to 10 weeks; however, the project ultimately took seven months to complete. Communication throughout the process was severely lacking and we found the quality of workmanship to be poor.

After Brookstone deemed the project finished, we had to hire a plumber to restore hot water service in the kitchen. Additionally, we needed to engage another professional to repair drawers, as the tracks were not installed correctly by Brookstone.

For anyone considering Brookstone, we recommend being prepared to provide careful supervision and thorough inspection throughout the project.

Thomas and his crew at Brookstone Restoration did an amazing job refinishing our antique heart pine floors. After 21 years—and life with three girls and two dogs—these floors were definitely ready. His crew was fantastic and executed the project flawlessly. Highly recommend!

I hired Desmond and sons to build a 40×80 shop. From the beginning I could tell there was a difference in how the approached things and asked leading questions. Myself being in the excavation field being quite familiar with post frame style building construction. Could tell that I was going to end up with a really well built building by what questions they were asking in the first place and the ability to customize and tailor the building to what I wanted versus having to just settle for a cookie cutter type building that they already had plans for. They took care of Permitting an engineering for me. Where they really shined was in the layout and the meticulous care they took to make sure the building was a square as possible. This building is more Square than most houses are. They they showed up when they said they would. Worked longer than they said they were going to some days to make sure that they got done what they needed to and never settled for that's close enough. Their idea close enough is splitting hairs literally. The final product turned out absolutely beautiful. They definitely lived up to the term "The Desmond difference". Thanks for a great experience and product.

Hiring Desmond and Sons construction was our best decision for a beautiful pole barn. If I could only use one word it would be INTEGRITY. He was wiling to make our vision perfect in every detail. Since this sits directly in front of of our home, we wanted it to look like it belonged. He was willing to use my vintage doors and match our home color with the black trim accents. Every sub contractor that was involved did a great job. Desmond is one of the kindest and most honest people we have ever hired.
