The Brookstone team was outstanding! They were professional,and they didn't allow anything to distract them that wasn't related to the job.
Everything was packed up within a few hours. And shortly afterwards the moving crew arrived, and stored the boxes on 2 moving trucks without damaging anything.
I applaud this crew, and I will be happy to recommend them to anyone 😊.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim, Cody, Hannah, and Brad from Brookstone Restoration during one of the most challenging projects of my career as a manager of a midrise luxury apartment community. We were dealing with a major issue—48 units impacted by severe plumbing and water damage caused by building settlement.

Over the course of four months, this incredible team treated us like family. They worked tirelessly day in and day out to restore our units to their original condition. Their professionalism was unmatched—marked by consistent communication, clear timelines, unwavering transparency, and dependable follow-through. I’ve worked with many vendors and restoration companies, but none have come close to the standard set by Brookstone.

Tim and Cody are my go-to guys from here on out, and I will always reach out to Hannah and Brad without hesitation. This team embodies the core values I believe in: integrity, reliability, and care. I cannot recommend Brookstone Restoration highly enough.

As a local PM, i needed their services to get a unit online and ready in a very tight timeframe. The level of craftsmanship, communication, attention to detail, and completion of this job was excellent. I will be using this vendor moving forward simply due to how excellent my experience was! Highly recommend this company and Tim and the entire staff. They even went as far as going to Nashville to get needed parts to complete the job.

Noah and the entire Brookstone team were amazing! They were kind, thorough and professional. I appreciate their punctuality and how well they cleaned my bathroom after tearing out the damaged area. Noah didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions including concerns about my cat breathing in the odor from a solution used during the process ! He responded quickly and explained how the product they used was safe for humans and animals. He made a very stressful situation manageable for me. Dorothy and team at Brookstone were amazing! They efficiently and effectively packed up 50 years of accumulated ‘stuff’ after a water damage issue at my Mother’s house. We can’t believe what they accomplished in less than 2 days.

Noah and his team also did an amazing job of the tear down/mitigation work. Noah communicated every step and he/crew were always on time and so easy to work with… it was great!

Everyone at Brookstone is positive and easy to work with - they communicate every step. I never worried about them showing up to work or what time they might show up. They were on time every single appointment, they were friendly and extremely helpful but most of all very efficient.

Brookstone helped remove and clean all of the contents in our basement after it flooded. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! Everything was done timely and carefully. We were very pleased with our services and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with Brookstone. They just replaced our entire roof and they did a fantastic job. Thomas, our project manager, went above and beyond with communication and managing the project so that we were very happy with everything. The crew that did the work was so efficient, organized, and dedicated to knocking the project out quickly. The entire property, landscaping, gutters, etc were all cleaned and looking brand new! We couldn't recommend them more highly!

Throughout the entire restoration phase of the project there have been multiple communication failures between the Brookstone project manager and the insurance company. I repeatedly received conflicting information from the Brookstone project manager and the insurance agent. I have been denied any proof of communication of what was actually said. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency and integrity on the part of both Brookstone and the insurance company. The quality of the work which was done is good, however the project has not been completed to my satisfaction.

Since my earlier review, Brookstone Restoration continued to work with the insurance company and obtained a supplement cover the cost of the work in question.

Unfortunately, the tile Brookstone installed came up around the edges in multiple areas throughout the basement. At this point I did not have faith that Brookstone would perform quality work and asked that they remove the tile and I would use my own contractor to replace the floor covering. The Brookstone team left a large amount of thinset on the basement floor, assuring me they had done their best. Brookstone did give an allowance for installation of the new flooring, however no allowance was made for the purchase of new flooring or completion of removal of the thinset.

Brookstone Restoration is an absolutely fantastic company that has worked in my house 2 times in the past three years. Noah is extremely professional and understanding. He explained what needed to be done and why in easy to understand language. He and his crew actually cared about doing a great job which is a rare trait to come by these days.

So far we have only had consultations and our pack out. But the people in charge of pack out were great! We misunderstood some of the instructions and they made it all work and were super careful about our belongings and were diligent about making sure they were respected and taken care of.

Being two weeks postpartum and tired was rough but Ray was amazing and kept me informed every step during the process. Emily and her team were amazing as well! Thank you Brookstone for an absolutely awesome job.😘

A home owner's worst nightmare turned into a blessing in disguise. After a major water leak caused considerable repair, Brookstone Restoration work with my insurance and myself to make the repairs within weeks instead of months. The PM, Scott, and his trusted team of contractors worked to make the painful situation less painful. Hat is off to the construction crew that performsed the work!! love the finished product!! And all work was done within budget. This company had greatly exceeded my expectations and will trust them with any future home projects renovations or repairs. Well done to you all!!!

I had a water damage issue and Sheila and Scott with Brookstone were amazing. They stayed in contact with me daily during the insurance debacle. Once all was cleared up they made it their personal high priority to have the work completed as quickly as possible. Sheila called every day and once the work started Scott was at my house checking on the work every day and making sure it was done right. These two are gems and definitely an asset for Brookstone! Because of them I will definitely call Brookstone in the future. Thank you!!
