Tyler was awesome to work with. He was very prompt in coming out to inspect our roof when we noticed a leak, explained all of our options, and is very kind and courteous. Excellent customer service! We unfortunately kept having a lot of rain, which impeded the repair, but Tyler kept in contact with me consistently with updates. He even reattached a small, peak section of our siding that our ladder couldn't reach :) We were fortunate enough to not have any major damage, but TCS Roofing will be the first one we call for any future issues.

Tyler was very thorough when he inspected our roof. We had a leak inside, and he found the issue quickly and even resolved it the same day! He was very friendly and honest about some other areas we should have taken care of to prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend!

Tyler Jones, their manager and sales representative, assisted our family in both our roof and siding replacement after a bad storm. TCS is amazing! When our roof was damaged last year, they responded to my Facebook post immediately and Jonney was at our house within an hour to tarp the damaged areas. Shauna and Jonney then helped us through the insurance process as the insurance company balked for over FOUR MONTHS. Without their patience and expertise, we would never have known how to make a successful claim and get the insurance coverage we were legally due. TCS always responded immediately to texts, calls, and emails. After a long winter, we now have a beautiful new roof and new gutters and we couldn't be happier. Tyler was really on the ball. He came out the same day I contacted the company. He explained what he would do to correct the problems the wind had caused. He sent over the proposal the same day. I signed the contract and within 2 work days he came out and fixed the issues. I was thrilled with the work! I would definitely recommend TCS roofing!

My old roof leaked from rain damage. Called ten companies in the area. Ten! All of these listed in the BBB website. I left a voice message in 8 of them. One returned my call 2 days later (kudos to Tarheel). 2 answered my call right away: Eagle Eye Roofing and TCS Roofing. Eagle scheduled an inspection 2 days out( kudos to Eagle). Yet, Jon from TCS checked my roof same day late afternoon, sent me an estimate that night at 10pm and roof was fixed next day by Noon! how about that? He left some spare shingles just in case. The price was very reasonable! Today it rained and my attic was dry as hell. It was a good job.

I highly recommend TCS! I had a roof leak and they really saved the day! They were so polite and friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and schedule, and very reasonably priced for my roof repair. I am so happy to have this company in my town!

Jon was very attentive and communicated in a timely manner. I had a quote and several options for a roof, siding repair, and gutter/downspout replacement very quickly after inquiring. He made sure that we were getting the best value we could and was extraordinarily flexible with our schedule. He even found an irregular piece of corner siding that a previous job had messed up and is going to find a way to properly patch it because he didn't like the way it came out. Highly recommend!

The white is my before the dark grey is my after! I had called 5 other companies after our March wind storms and this was the only company that responded to me with in hours! This company, Tyler, Clint and crews are awesome! Very through, clean up like I’ve never seen and quality is rated a 10+. I had called multiple companies and TCS was one of the few able to come out and do an inspection for me while we were in negotiations for closing! Tyler came out the next day, gave me a quote, and helped me schedule after we had keys. He was communicative and sent me pictures during the whole process.
