We were impressed by our entire TCS Roofing experience. They came out quickly, inspected our roof, noted potential issues, confirmed issues we knew we had, and did not try to upsell us on the work that was needed. They completed the repairs less than 48 hours after we signed our contract and left our home exactly like they found it. TCS is hands down the best roofing company around! Tyler and Clint are incredibly respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable! Tyler is able to clearly explain what needs done and there are no gimmicks. Had him replace the roof on our old house and he handled everything with the insurance company. The process was completely effortless! They also took care of some siding work and installed new gutters. Fast forward to our new home and we had Tyler and his team out again to replace the roof and install gutters on our garage and the work was, yet again, impeccable. The amount of care this company pours into their work is extremely admirable and appreciated and they will go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied before they are done with the job! Do not go with any company other than TCS!

They show up at 7am the day before Thanksgiving and start a JACK HAMMER!!! No regard for people in a residential neighborhood during a Holiday!!!

Driver of # 50 is an ass! Had 76 tied up going west while driving next to another Helmling truck. Great advertising for you guys blocking an interstate during rush hour...

Their drivers as rude and incompetent. Ran a red light and almost hit me with my young kids in the back. To top it off he gave us the finger which my kids saw. I would never hire a company with such poor morals. I would be ashamed to have one of their trucks in front of my home or business.

Your company replaced my water line from the street on 6/26/24 in Goodyear Heights. I didn't have the opportunity to be there to meet them but my wife has mentioned several times how nice and respectable the crew was. They completed the job in record time as well. I wanted to thank you for your great service. Much appreciated.

I live in a condominium development in Stow. A few weeks ago we experienced a broken water line in our development. Many residents lost water service for over 24 hours, including elderly folks. After 4 different contractors were contacted, with each one refusing to answer the call of duty, we were referred to Helmling Excavating. They arrived on-site very quickly, and within a few hours had the area pumped, excavated, repaired and our water restored.
Five stars for Helmling! They can be trusted to get the job done.

I needed excavation next to my home. Devon from Helmling's came out the next day. This young man is an artist! He carefully dug where he needed, and even found the Invisible Fence cable I had mentioned - saving me $$ for getting that repaired had he dug through it. Devon and his team were friendly, informative, and wonderful to work with. I was also most pleasantly surprised with the bill, which I expected to be much more. Thank you, Helmling Excavating!
