Al was great to work with, gave us some good suggestions and ideas. Did a fantastic job with concrete driveway pad along with a great crew. Will be calling on him again in the spring for our next project.

Alex was great. We needed a cement pad for a shed, and he had to dig out and grade the slope to make the pad level to the ground and it came out exactly how we wanted it. Would definitely recommend.

Had a land clearing job I needed done. Tons of trash and brick/masonry stuff that needed cleaned up. Trees needed taken down and some spots needed some dirt moved to make it more of a leveled area. Alex came in with his crew and did a fantastic job clearing it all. Was really dreading cleaning it all up but Alex made it very easy. Highly recommend

I had hired Alex to build a fire pit surrounded by a patio and out of several contractors he was willing to fit me into his schedule last minute and was the lowest out of the four or five I had quoted earlier. His team was in and out before his expected quota and did a superb job, not just in the quality of the structure but cleaning up and making it easy for us to not have to worry about our lawn maintenance working around. We live in an older neighborhood and mentioned that he would need to keep the noise down because of noisy neighbors, he was super accomodating to our request and fufilled our backyard dream and we couldn't be more happy with the results. If we ever continue to expand our outdoor patio we're going through Loyalty Ground Works. Thanks again to Alex and your team!

Loyalty Ground Works put in a paved patio behind our house. The quote given was complete and detailed so I knew exactly what was going to happen. Everyone showed up and were professional. Work was done on schedule and was excellently done. I am very impressed and pleased. I highly recommend this company and will hire them for future work.

Alex and his team added 10 feet of width to our existing concrete driveway and created a concrete ramp and pad in our backyard. Alex is prompt, professional, creative, and most competent. They did a fantastic job for a good price. I very highly recommend them.

Alex the owner of this company does inferior work. Don’t be fooled based on his demeanor. Paid what he asked and I’m beyond livid. Gave him the opportunity to correct it, with little improvement. Didn’t show up on day agreed to for second application. Unreliable and I spent $5200 for this. Didn’t charge for second application, but I will need someone else to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend for yard application. First pics first application. Last pick with little improvement. They just didn’t do a good job and you should know that. Wasted my money. And he blamed me for not watering the yard. I didn’t have $5200 to waste.

In need of a General Contractor, home projects - Alex is your guy! I needed a cabinet for my laundry room and he was able to do the custom build. From the moment Alex arrived (right on time) he treated me and my home with the utmost respect. Very professional, had all his own tools so he was able to work independently. He never showed signs of frustration, he cleaned up everything afterwards and most importantly he did a fantastic job. Alex is very unique and rare just from his politeness and professionalism. So hard to find these days especially someone who has integrity and cares about his work and the finished product. I recommend Alex without hesitation and cannot wait for him to do another project for me.

We have been providing aggregate and landscape materials to Alex and Loyalty Ground Works & Custom Homes for years. Alex is very passionate about what he does and always strives to do his best and exceed his customers expectations.

We recently purchased land to build on that contained the contents of a razed garage/small house. Loyalty Landscape came through big for us, filling up four 40 yard dumpsters of debris that were hauled out, turning our “junkyard” into a usable plot. Alex and his crew were hard-working, professional, and reliable. We also had him scrape out and install our temp construction drive (came out looking pristine!) We plan to use them in future for final grading and hardscaping. Our family would highly recommend Loyalty Landscape and Design.

My experience with Loyalty Ground Works was a good one. They replaced my old asphalt driveway with a new concrete driveway and it looks great. They took care of all the issues I had and were easy to deal with. I also had a walkway put in from the front to the back yard and it looks great. I would recommend to anyone that you should consider working with this company.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by Loyalty Ground Works. They provided the gravel and efficiently spread it throughout the driveway and parking area at Plus One Grooming. The result was amazing, enhancing both the functionality and appearance of our space. Additionally, Alex did an excellent job and extended the parking area for our pet grooming shop at Sharon center in wadsworth, which has been a great improvement. The team was professional, punctual, and very attentive to detail. We highly recommend it.

This is a great company to work with.. I do their photography of their projects so I see the work they do first hand and I can tell you it's top tier. I photograph 1400 homes a year so I know when I see A+ work.

Unreliable!!! Called for a repair for wind damage. Came with nothing but a ladder. Told me that he would be back in a couple of hours to tarp over damage and never showed up. Now there is 3" of snow on my roof and no one will even attempt to make any repairs until snow melts off and possibly causes more damage!!!
