I wish I could give them zero stars. I filled out the contact form on their website on November 9th... I called them on the 12th to make sure they had my info and the gal said I'd hear from them later that day. I didn't hear from them on the 12th... didn't hear from them on the 13th... I called them again on the 14th and the same gal said she couldn't believe that their guy hadn't called me and said she was going to call him and I would definitely hear from him yet that day. It's now December 14th and I have yet to hear from them! Two weeks ago I contacted another roofing company and the job was done yesterday! I called Pitch Perfect because of all the great reviews but couldn't get them to give me the time of day!

After meeting Dustin and excitedly giving him a tour of our home I felt I was in good hands. That was months ago. Two days prior to our roof installation he had some random person call and lie to us that they could not get the shingles on the roof. Have you ever heard of a roofing company that could not get shingles on a roof?! We offered to do it for them by using an access hole in our attic and suddenly other excuses arose. Banner Supply is where they buy their shingles and said they can easily put them on the roof. This is not the type of business that you want to support. After numerous texts and calls Dustin will not respond to tell us the real reason why he led us on for 2 months and abandoned the job.

A guy named John Paul came and looked at my roof he was very professional and informative and helped me get a brand new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service!

When it comes to roofing things can get expensive and you hope to get contracted with a group that actually completes the job. Go Pitch Perfect was one of the better companies that I have worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly - I would recommend them to anyone in search of roofing companies.

I have to say I was happy with my new roof. The price was very reasonable and completely quickly. But, unfortunately my roof is leaking after only 2 months. It did major damage on 2 different days to three floors of my home! I called Dustin and he came to access the issue with the roof, telling me its ice build up and ice guard should of been ran down the side of the house but he stated that he cant control morher nature. He took no other steps to rectify the damage. I had my insurance adjuster and another roofing contractor come out and both stated that it was in fact the roofing company who didnt install all roofing materials properly. Now, i am looking at extensive amount of damage and the contractor cant even began repairs until the roof is fixed properly. I texted Dustin and he has still not responded on how they are going to fix the problem. I chose them because of the good reviews and the price but now I seriously regret it. Dont make the same mistake we did.

After having dustin out to the house to access what would need done, him and his crew of merry men knocked out our house in 5 hrs. They were all extremely professional and cordial, and were very thorough about keeping yard clean and not crushing or burning our flower beds. Dustin even pointed out some things that were done incorrectly w/ our siding and fixed those issues for us. Pitch perfect is the perfect roofing company

We recently purchased a home in Akron that needed a roof replacement immediately. After numerous estimates Dustin led us on that it would not be a big deal for his company. As you can see by the photos the estimate was given two months ago and we have been in contact since. Dustin had one of his employees call 2 DAYS before the roof was to be installed. He stated that the shingle supply company said that they could not get the shingles on our roof because the house was too tall. Little does Go Pitch Perfect know that I work in construction and this is a bold faced lie. I spoke to the supply house after receiving the call and they looked up my address on google maps, said they can easily put the shingles on the roof. After numerous texts and phone calls to Dustin he refuses to respond and has proven that there is nothing "perfect" about his company. Our roof is still leaking and we are now searching for another contractor. Do not use Go Pitch Perfect Roofing!
