Dan came to my house and totally took care of everything he said he would .. roof .. siding .. gutters etc ! Awesome experience! Highly recommend!

We used Dan and RFD for 2 major repairs at our home. They were professional, talked us through everything and did the work quickly.

I had water damage to my basement. Rfd services worked hand in hand with my insurance company to make sure I was able to replace what I had in my property. State farm offered me 5300 which would not of touched damages.Dan from Rfd services git me 25000 dollars and everything is replaced brand new awesome job

Do not bother with this company. They pick and choose their clients. All they care about is how much money they can extract from your insurance company. They are nice to you in the beginning and will promise to take care of everything, but once they can’t get the most amount of money out of you, everything changes. They will leave you waiting and then stop taking your calls completely. Super unprofessional and unreliable. Steer clear.

We had some trees come down during the night. When it was light enough to see, we found our garage and roof had been hit. Called RFD Services and spoke with Dan. He was to our location within a few minutes and advised us what steps we needed to take. He contacted Brush Bandit. While Dan was assessing the damage, Mike from Brush Bandit showed up and advised us he would have a crew over. Within an hour, Brush Bandit had a crew and all the equipment there and had the tree removed from the garage and drive way. As they were finishing up, RFD crew showed up and made temporary repairs to my garage and roof to prevent any further damage from the weather. We could not have asked for more professional and courteous representatives from RFD Services and Brush Bandit. Thank you Dan and Mike.

RFD replaced our roof 6 years ago after some storm damage. Dan worked with the insurance company to get a good settlement. We’ve been pleased ever since. Recently saw some bats going in and out of a small hole where a roofline met the fascia. They came out right away and fixed the problem no charge. No more bats!

This is absolutely the most prodessional and efficient company I have worked with in a long time. I had some pretty severe water damage and called as soon as my basement flooded. The guys came over and cleaned everything up so efficiently, while Dan explained the measures he was taking to prevent molding and sickness for my family. They worked with my insurance company and made this difficult experience much easier for me. The work was done swiftly and expertly, my basement looks and feels better than it did before! We had major storm damage to our house roof and met with multiple contractors. We decided to go with RFD Services for many reasons. Their knowledge and hands on approach with insurance companies is top notch. Our insurance company first offer appeared fair until Dan the owner pointed out a large amount of items that our insurance policy would cover due to building code issues. After insurance claim repairs and negotiations were completed the original insurance offer was a not even close to what was actually required to replace our roof to local building codes. After Dan contacted our insurance company they approved all items from the RFD services estimate and paid the required amount.

My husband and I can not express our gratitude for everything that RFD services and the outstanding guidance of Dan Mocilnikar. Dan came to our home after a large branch fell on our home, which basically consumed the front part of our home. We were completely lost and did not know what to do. Dan looked at us and told us everything was going to be ok. He assured us that he was going to fix our home and guide us every step of the way, which he did. He answered our questions, our calls, and beyond. Dan was,at our home when the insurance adjuster came and handled everything for me.
The day the reconstruction started the crew was professional, friendly, and always gave a smile. The guys always answered questions and even explained what they were doing. The guys worked hard every day, I must say our dog looks for them every morning.

I just had my roof replaced by RFD roofing. I was very impressed by Dan and his team. They were very fast, professional and clean. The job was done in a few days and I couldn't tell they were there the day before (other than the beautiful new roof, siding and down spouts) because they cleaned up so well after. The service Dan and Matt and the crew was just outstanding from first meet up. They did not leave one problem unsolved. From the mold in attic from leaks. They sprayed and fix any leakage. When doing the roof they went and replace any boards that needed it. Made sure I had the right venting going out of my roof. Put water and ice prevention up on roof. Helped me pick the right color roofing so my house looks so warm and inviting. they answer any questions (dumb ones too😉) that I asked along the way. When the roofers were done u wouldn't know they were here. Everything was cleaned up. I know I can sleep at night knowing that I am under a roof that was done right and has made me feel safe in my home. This company gets A+ in all categories. Thanks to everyone at rfd.

Have used RFD Services of Akron OHIO for emergencies at my property in Akron three years ago for a flood in my basement. They repaired the damage done by the flood in the basement. This included electrical, plumbing and paneling. Last year high winds destroyed, a fence, downspouts and parts of a roof, again they did excellent repairs quickly. This year due to freezing temperatures the sump pump failed and flood damage occurred. They repaired the damage seamlessly and efficiently. . In the future I would not hesitate to call them for any future emergencies and for future non emergency construction projects.
