Great experience! Dan and Scott were both very clear and professional in all our communications. Our roof was done in a timely manor and construction was on point. Their crew also did a great job on clean up after the roof was complete. I would highly recommend RFD Services, LLC.

When we returned from vacation, we were shocked to find that our gazebo had been blown off our deck and into our house. A powerful storm had hit while we were away, causing damage to our siding and roof. Dan and his team responded quickly to assess the situation, handling everything with professionalism from start to finish. Dealing with insurance can be a hassle, but Dan guided us through every step, making the process so much easier. I truly can’t say enough good things about Dan and his team—they will be my first call if we ever need repairs again.

RFD led by Dan M does superb work. Our house flooded due to a broken washer hose. Dan and his team was onsite within the hour with fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate the water damage, and then managed a 5 month rebuild that included restoring our basement, replacing and leveling the subfloor, replacing over 1500 sq ft of oak flooring, rebuilding our laundry room and kitchen. His team even pulled and saved our cherry cabinets and later restored them in place. When a subcontractor didn’t finish the work correctly, Dan had them do it over until he (and we) were satisfied. Dan knows how to work with insurance companies, communicates very well, and completes the jobs. We have been beyond impressed. If you need a home rebuilt after a disaster, go with RFD.

Had a tree hit our house. When we gave Dan and the guys at RFD was a blessing. From start to finish i barely lifted a finger. The hardest part with working with RFD picking the color of shingles we wanted they and plenty of them. If I were in the same situation would definitely call RFD again and again. They made the whole process from impact to finish stress free.

RFD did an amazing job mitigating our water damage from a pipe that burst in our bathroom. Their advanced technology and scanning techniques found water in many places The other company would’ve left behind to cause mold in the future. Not only Did they handle the cleanup but they also handled dealing with the insurance company and making sure we were able to communicate effectively and receive reimbursement for everything that needed to be fixed not just some of it. From cleanup to scope write up with the insurance , to rebuild, RFD will cover everything you need!

I would like to share my experience with RFD Services, who recently replaced our roof. The service provided by Dan and his crew was truly excellent. Throughout the entire process, they exhibited a high level of professionalism and maintained open lines of communication. They meticulously guided us through each step, ensuring that we were fully informed. The replacement was efficiently completed in a single day, and their cleanup was remarkably thorough, leaving no trace of their presence. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and are grateful for the top-notch service.

I had roof and water damage on one of my rental properties while I was out of town. I was worried I would have long term damage and couldn't manage anything from where I was. I called RFD and Dan was there within a few hours to cover my roof and avoid interior damage. He communicated everything so clearly to me about the process and helped facilitate everything with my insurance when I didn't know where to turn. Within days my claim was approved and the work was done. I don't know what I would have done without RFD and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Work was never completed by RFD services, we currently have an open case with the BBB for work that was paid for and never completed.
I would warn anyone wanting to use this company, they promise you that they will get the insurance company to pay for everything and extra's, but when your insurance company refuses RFD lose interest in you. This work was started back in December 2016 and we are still waiting on the chimneys to be crowned and capped which we paid for out of pocket. As well as have all of our gutter guards installed, which was paid for by our insurance company.
As you can see from our pictures the gutter guards are still on the floor, and you can see the quality of work the company left my siding in. I have uneven siding where they bent it, no flashing underneath and an exposed section where my garage meets our bedroom wall.
I am more than happy to also add the chimney pictures to prove that work was never completed.
I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off from this company, they promise you the world with your home and you will believe them, but that's what makes a good con man. Also alarm bells will start to ring when you realize you have to do ALL of the chasing with the insurance company, and when the insurance company declines claims RFD will leave you high and dry. There are plenty of good Roofing companies out there, this is DEFINITELY not one of them.

Thank you, RFD, RFD delivered when no body else would. Multiple other Contractors refused to give estimates after another contractor messed up a job. RFD was willing to put up with any type of backlash. Thank you for the free in-line estimate. Fair is good business.

Josh Sulin was awesome. He was polite and professional. He did a great job for me and left no mess. I couldn't even tell ge was there. RFD has done work for me on 2 differwnt occasions and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend K&A services. Their customer service is excellent. They were prompt and able to get to our storm drain and tree problems immediately. They were efficient and punctual. Clean up was neatly done.
Pricing is fair and definitely a value for the money.
