Repaired home in Jacksonville FL. August 18, 2015. Called on payment 2 times but still never got paid. Now the phone is disconnected. Do not do business with this company, I don't like to use the word hate for anything but I paid for the materials and have paid my men. Shannon Hire A Handyman

Trash company, holds back money for no reason, is always late with checks, will not work with you on material or manpower , very unreliable company.

We had to have this company removed from our property by the Summit County Sheriff and Tallmadge Police.
My mother passed and her home was foreclosed on. However before even paying for the house to the sheriff and getting a deed this company went in and locked my brother out who was living there. Not only that but, lost our cat, stole our kayak, busted up picture frames, busted the tank of the toilet and many other things. To be clear... they were removed by the police because the property is mine and it will be months before they LEGALLY own it.
I'm a property investor myself and they couldn't get away with it. I know the legal steps. They must pay in full, transfer deed (6-8 weeks), have the sheriff issue a 10 day Writ of Possession and then and only then get an eviction date by the sheriff.
All they did was BID, pay a deposit and then tried to take possession
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

Many things I could say about ZVN and the way it operates but I'm gonna keep it professional and just say I would hard pass on getting work done or excepting work from ZVN. Trust the reviews is all I can say.

Steve is the best property management guy I’ve ever worked with, he is a man of his word, pays out immediately, responds very fast. Definitely 5 stars!

I strongly recommend not to do business with this company. They are dysfunctional, disorganized and unprofessional.

ZVN Properties has been a great company to work with. They have been very responsive to our questions and requests, always providing timely and helpful answers. Compared to other companies we have worked with in the past, I have found that ZVN Properties' invoicing is much faster and more efficient.

Our company provided services to them and called multiple times for payment which is still not received MONTHS LATER!

Update: still no payment and will not respond a year later.

Recently worked with this company. Easy to work with and responsive. Worked alongside a few properties now and hope to continue relationship.

I Just started working with ZVN early 2024. So far I’ve been pleased working with them remodeling homes and revitalizing neighborhoods. Like with anything, everything isn’t perfect and it took some time getting used to following their process but I think our relationship will continue. Will Update later 😊

I want to rate them negative stars, because I will be without a fridge for 4 weeks. Because of their poor management and disgusting communication skills. They never answer calls or return any. I don't even think they know how running a company really works, bunch of chickens without heads in that office.

Absolutely awful communication. Took 3 weeks to schedule someone to come out and the poor vendor had to come out twice because ZVN wouldn’t answer the phone to approve his request. Was without power in our bathroom for about 5 weeks total all for a repair that took ~20 minutes.
