Have had dishwasher repair scheduled 3 separate times all on weekends. All 3 times no one showed up! Just today I received a call from them statting that they have had me on the schedule for 3 weeks in a row and want me to call them back to schedule it so "they can just get this taken care of" so I did call back....guess what. Straight to voicemail. I left them a nice message stating that it WAS scheduled 3 straight weekends that I couldn't leave the house because they were supposed to come and NEVER SHOWED! they seem to be trying to blame me for the tech not showing up??? Very very disorganized at least as far as scheduling and communication. I would not recommend this company. At least as far as a tenant goes.

This property management/repair company is an absolute joke. For the third time now, I have stayed home from work for a scheduled appointment window, and no one shows up, or even calls. They were supposed to show up today for a third scheduled appointment, I even asked when they called to schedule on 11/20 if someone was for sure coming, and was assured they were coming. Nothing today. No technician, no call, nothing.

They have owed us $3,000 for work completed at properties they own or represent for over a year now. They won't answer or return calls or emails. Don't service their properties.

Elizabeth N from the Company Called me asked if I was interested in one property. I just had surgery and my business is currently down so we are not accepting work. She left a one star review on my business page saying I’m rude and hung up on her. Why would she do that? I am reaching out to her lead tomorrow to get the review she left on my profile removed

The client they connected with had to wait a month due to lack of communication. I've contacted them a dozen times and still not only is it grueling work to get any response whatsoever; they haven't paid for the services for six months, after insisting I front the money to replace the parts, which were over half the price of the contract. They rip people off and don't care and cycle you through automated calls forever. Avoid at all costs.

As a contractor, this was one of the worst working experiences we have ever been through. No matter how many times we voiced our displeasure with the lack of communication, calls, emails, and voicemails all went unanswered for days. I fully believe that ZVN and the company they partnered with, Constructive Renovations LLC, did not want us on the project because we kept finding work that was poorly done prior to us taking over, to which their inspector responded "It's not in my house so I'm not going to see it" Whoever decides to work with this company in the future I hope you have a better experience than we did.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This company was contracted to come do work in my home through our rent to own program. The first time they were supposed to come and give us a quote they showed up 2+hrs late. Once it came down to scheduling, we had 2-3 different people calling us to fit us into the schedule for the contractor, back to back. To get ONE portion of our kitchen re-tiled they said it would be two days of work, and one of the contractors admitted that he wasn’t staying any longer because he was going home to drink alcohol and go to sleep, the next day they didn’t come because he woke up “sick”. All in all it took 5 reschedules because anytime they were going to come they were 1-2 hours late and were not communicating with us, we communicated that we were going to be away for a short period of time and they did not take that into consideration when giving us a timeline for the work getting done, the final day they came in to put the tiles up we were told they would be at my home for 10AM and only one contractor showed up and was an hour late and kept leaving to go to home depot for supplies for a job that has been in their schedule for 2+ weeks. Not only did he show up late and kept leaving, he said it was going to be 4-5 hours yet took him 8hrs to complete.
I’m very disappointed with how unorganized and unreliable this company is and would NEVER recommend to someone I know because I wouldn’t want them going through a ridiculous hassle.

Horrible communication terrible company to work with as a contractor and to get paid is nearly impossible do not sign lien waivers till funding is verified

If you’re a contractor I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. Their gonna low ball you on the price to do the work than expect you to work a miracle on a home they neglected for years. I checked their reviews and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But everything I read was everything that I experienced. I cleaned gutters for them and of course will how filled the gutter were it made a mess. Well that mess could only be cleaned by a pressure washer. Which is an additional service like it would be for anyone else. Guy at ZVN tell me that’s not how things are done there. So I’m supposed to take a low price and add an additional service. If you work with this company I wish you luck

ZVN a/k/a Genstone Field Services entered my home to “winterize” while I was working with insurance for repairs after a fire. They vandalized the property, opened and trashed personal property, and stole several thousand dollars worth of outdoor furniture and personal property within the home. Even stole the smart thermostat off of the wall. Had to file a police report, CFPB report and enlist the assistance of my state representative. 🤬🤬

Luckily, many of the items had already been inventoried so I have the model numbers and the smart products are attached to my account. Filed a police report and these criminals will be held accountable both criminally and for civil damages.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR HIRE THEM

Terrible company to do work for. Nothing but wasting time giving them estimates that were very fair just to be denied. On one job we got VERBAL approval from a ZVN employee and they refused to pay a $550 WO for replacing a bunch of broken tile in a property so the residents wouldn’t cut their feet. I was told I need it in writing. So I guess their word is not good…
Vendors stay far far away!!

Contractors BEWARE !!! They want it their way and will low ball your price and try to haggle you down, only to not provide any info on the property’s repairs in question and then expect you to somehow provide an estimate on the property with no info. Very little foresight from this management company. This company is a Huge RED FLAG🚩🚩

Wonderful company! We had a fence in desperate need of staining. After Panhandle Fence Staining came by, the fence looks exactly as it did the first day we put it in! Highly recommend this local company who has great prices!
