Had a gentleman John Paul come by and inspect my roof. Had some damaged shingles from wind and storm over the course of time and he helped me understand the process of receiving a new roof. Tyler with Perfect Pitch came out and truly went above and beyond! I was in need of a roofing quote and while he was on my roof, he had noticed my gutters were filled with tree branches. He took the time out of his day to remove all sticks from gutters while he was up there, for no compensation! He was very professional and straight froward, I could tell he truly was looking out for my best interest. Call Tyler with any of your roofing needs!

After watching one of your drivers damn near hit my car on the Kenmore Leg going towards 77n, I will be using another company. He then continued to drive like a total idiot, must've accelerated to at least 95 in a 55.

Update July 28 2022: Had a shingle torn off shed by wind. Left message for Dustin at 8 pm. He got back with me within an hour and was out later that week to replace the shingle. He also left me some extra shingles. This is the second time Dustin has done wind repairs since installation. He is prompt, professional and punctual. The previous roofer I used was none of these. Highly recommend.

Original post: Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. Dustin responded and repaired all affected shingles at no cost, saving us from an insurance claim. Great customer service and customer care.
