Cody made sure we understood all of our options after our claim was initially denied and he committed to sticking with us during the entire process until resolution. We really felt he had our best interests in mind and never took a hard sell approach.

After Hurricane Beryl we had noticeable water entry from our roof. The insurance company was beyond unreasonable. But that is another story.

Remedy Roofing was the hero we needed. They worked with the appropriate teams to allow are roof to be repaired. We have our new roof and have had zero issues with leaks or further damage since the roof was replaced.

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of some communication issues with a couple of people at the company. Nothing that would result in the job not getting done. Just a lack of response a few times and one missed scheduled appointment. However, since this was right after Hurricane Beryl I can understand why there were delays since so many people had issues between the derecho and the hurricane.

To be abundantly clear, Lori is the hero of Remedy Roofing and she was a joy to talk to every time. She helped walk me through multiple questions I had and made sure that I was taken care of. I knew if i called Lori and she told me she would get an answer, she would get the answer.

The staff at Remedy Roofing were great. Mr. Englert handled the planning and organizing with us about the entire process. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable while also keeping us well-informed. Elias and his crew were wonderful in the preparations, tear down, replacement and clean up. They were very conscientious about ensuring the debris was all removed from the property with extra care paid to anything potentially hazardous like loose roofing tacks. The office staff were helpful with all questions and follow-up to the entire job.

We needed a new roof in the worst way, plus some additional work, and the guys at Remedy took the time to listen to our concerns and make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

They handled all aspects of our job; replacing rotting wood, painting trim, painting brick, installing gutters, replacing the roof. Everyone who worked on our house was helpful, friendly, neat, and efficient, and we were consulted every step of the way to guarantee we were pleased with each phase. They didn't stop at the completion of the job, either; they made sure to come back for touch-ups and corrections, too.

They offered several financing packages, too, and found us a good plan that was right for us. And the only person who has had anything even slightly negative to say about the final result was our cranky mail carrier ;)

Klint and Kaiden and Elvis took great care of us, and we cannot stop talking about the difference the team made to our house. We just got a new roof and new gutters from Remedy on 3/13 and they look fantastic. Kyle Jackson was really good to work with and his crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up really well afterwards. It wasn’t easy choosing a company but met Kyle and felt comfortable he would provide great communication and meet expectations throughout the process, and that he did!

Good  experience, they were very professional and organized. Project manager walked me and my wife through the process and explained everything clearly. Field supervisor was here the whole day explained everything and gave us photos. He also to answered any questions or concerns we had during the project.

Zach, Jared, and the rest of the Remedy Roofing staff were great. They walked the adjuster through the damage resulting in full roof replacement, and new screens and were able to respond very effectively to some concerns I had. They planned the job well, the crews knew what they were doing, cleaned up well, and were done in two days.

It was a pleasure to work with Klint and his crews. Klint came by and talked us through everything prior to the job and also kept in touch while waiting for HOA approval. The crew showed up and put loads of tarps down everywhere to help minimize debris and nails around the yard and driveway. They were able to complete the roof in one day and it looks amazing. Great salesman and great crews to do the work. Very much appreciated.

Tim Rowe with Remedy roofing was very detailed with the preliminary inspection and talk to me about the roof, potential leak point and why, and how the repair process worked. Tim and repair technician showed up on-time to make repairs as agreed, and completed the work on the same day. Excellent customer service and great company to work with.

Remedy Roofing replaced my roof last week. They were super easy to work with and did the job start to finish in one day. Very happy with the result from 1st call to final payment and handover of warranty paperwork. Great job (but it hasn’t rained yet !!!). Good local company.

Blake, with Remedy, was excellent to work with. He gave us a competitive bid within a few days of our request. He was the only one of three contractor bidders to go into our attic to look for interior damage from the roof. He was able to give us a clear explanation of the quality of shingle he recommended.
He followed up with us during the installation and came by the next day after the installation to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The crew he provided was very experienced and efficient and they cleaned up our yard well once their work was complete.
