Cannot say enough good things about John and TRUEHOME Roofing! Pricing, quality, responsiveness, and patience through the process of color selection and roof replacement were all top notch! TRUEHOME's Site Manager, Hailey made sure the installation process was seamless and the crew did an excellent job cleaning the property after the work was done! My wife and I would not hesitate to use the TRUEHOME Team for our next project!

It was an absolute pleasure working with John/TrueHome Roofing. We had a WONDERFUL experience. John and his team were very professional and skilled. John came to our house with samples and showed us all the options costs.He did an attic assessment to examine the underside of the roof for any hidden damage which we loved because the 3 other companies did not request to inspect our attic. Hailey, the Manager coordinator was on site the entire process to make sure the installation process was seamless, she kept us informed, sending us pictures what needed to be done or replaced. The entire process has been beyond pleasant, our family so thrilled of the result, our older son wants to write a review as well because job was done in a timely manner, the staff did an excellent job cleaning our property after the job was completed. I was worried about my plants, the crew did a fantastic job by using boards to make a triangle shape to cover them properly. It was truly a top QUALITY work from a HIGH top quality company PERIOD. TrueHome work was just phenomenal and fabulous. I would highly recommend TrueHome Roofing. Thanks again guys for a well done job!

Integrity is a big deal to me, and this company has integrity. The quality workmanship on my new roof is more than impressive. More importantly, no one tried to fleece me. No one tried to screw us. Great experience from start to finish - I originally reached out to John just to get a rough estimate with no idea if it was a project we were going to do. He came out and provided a conservative estimate for the siding and windows with no pressure. When we moved forward with the project the official quote was detailed and consistent with the initial estimate. The team was efficient (I was amazed at how quick they did the windows!) and friendly - I have two toddlers that regularly were in the windows waving at the workers who always gave a quick wave back. John regularly communicated with me on items as they came up whether it be some delays due to weather or surprises found under the old siding. He regularly texted, called, and stopped by to discuss details and together determine how best to proceed. The final cost was only 5% over the quote and the additional cost was for specific out of scope work that I knew about and approved. Summary - great communication, honest quote/cost, efficient & hardworking team.

John and his team hit it out of the park as I am very pleased with my new roof. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was of a high quality. The team showed up when they stated they would and finished the work in a day. A close friend recommended TRUEHOME to me after John and his team did his roof as well with the same outstanding results. John was more than reasonable when the job required a lot of additional plywood to be replaced. I can't recommend TRUEHOME enough, this is an honest and trustworthy company.

We recently had our house sided by TRUEHOME roofing. We were very satisfied with the results upon the completion. John Sullivan was always available to answer questions or resolve any issues. We used TRUHOME Roofing to replace our older roof and then to side our house, including replacing our gutters. Our experience with both jobs was excellent. John was great at explaining our options and quickly responded to questions before and during our jobs. Hailey and the crew were fantastic. The crew was prompt each day and did a beautiful job with both the siding and the roof. They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after completing the work as well. The prices for all the work were very reasonable and lower than quotes I had received from other companies, amazing considering the level of workmanship that was done. I really can’t recommend them enough, just a great company to deal with from start to finish.

TRUEHOME Roofing recently completed a new roof along with PVC no maintenance trim boards on my 40 year old home. The results were absolutely amazing. The quality of the work and details that went into this project were top notch. The crew arrived exactly at 7AM as I was promised, covered the siding, windows and shrubs with tarps and quickly stripped the old roof. Every person knew what to do, and worked together non-stop until the job was done, all in one day. Note that the day they did this project, sunset was at 4:30PM. Absolutely every piece of trash was placed in the on site dumpster. The finished product is spectacular. John Sullivan was great to deal with and Hailey and the crew were very meticulous. I highly recommend TRUEHOME Roofing.

First off, I appreciated that John himself answered the phone on multiple occasions, so my inquiry didn’t just got to voicemail , leaving me to wait endlessly for a call back ( I’ve experienced this with other contractors in multiple fields).
Then John met me asap with roofing samples and quickly emailed me a quote to complete my roofing needs. I decided that TrueHome was not the most or least expensive and I agreed to his competitive bid. Within 2 weeks the job was completed soup to nuts!

From start to finish TRUEHOME Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. John was super helpful during the bidding process explaining all the options and associated costs. He did a very thorough inspection of the roof and attic to make sure there were no hidden problems. During installation his crew was very punctual and professional. They were very fast, completing the entire job in a day and did a fantastic job cleaning up. They provided very flexible payment options as well. While I don’t expect to need a new roof again on my house, I would use TRUEHOME in a heartbeat if I did. I recommend them highly!

I want to begin by saying, this is the easiest company I have ever dealt with, start to finish!! The communication from first call to scheduling the appointment, install and progress along the way was first rate. John is accommodating and upfront. When installing the roof, some damage was found, and photos were sent to me by Zach on the install team. He communicated with John and the additional cost was limited. I did search for companies before I reached out to a friend and got John's number. The BIG company name that uses the very same products and has the same warranty was many thousands more!

I had my roof and gutters replaced by TrueHome Roofing. The pricing was reasonable and transparent, I was appreciative that there were no pressure tactics and just an honest discussion. The project team was easy to work with and the install team was careful with the surrounding property.

I recently received a letter from my insurance company, informin me that I had to replace my roof or they would drop me. And they gave me two weeks. In the winter. Luckily for me, my sister found herself in the same predicament, they did their homework, and had Truehome do their roof. They raved about them, so I called. John got back to me within two hours, he and Brian were at my house in a couple of days, and the roof was scheduled for the following week. There were delays due to weather, but I now have a neat and tidy roof on my house, my kennel, and my garage. The crew got here at 7:00 AM and were cleaning up by 4:00 PM. These guys worked hard, no lounging around. They took a break for lunch and that was it. They also did the job on a Saturday to satisfy my insurance company. Zack, the job manager, did a wonderful job keeping me informed of any problems that were uncovered or to clear confusion. He was great!
