There is nothing I can say except what a tremendous job they did. I just wish I had Mike do our siding when he did our windows years ago. No games to be played as he has been doing this for a very long time and knows his business. Quality work from beginning to end and the outcome is beautiful. If there was any rot behind the original vapor seal, they replaced it without having to point it out. I will admit that it is a messy job as you are removing the original clapboards but a good amount of time is taken to ensure that everything is removed from the ground (lawn, sidewalk, driveway). I now understand why he has done so many jobs on our street and through out the community. You will be very happy at the end.

All was great until it started raining in the attic. Ya, there is so much condensation in the attic due to inadequate venting, we have raindrops in the insulation. Owner told me to Google it to fix the problem. Building inspector said contractor must build to code. I would consider another sider/roofer who has knowledge of new code requirements.

Mike and his crew are awesome! We have people stopping by the house to tell us how great it looks! Professional, courteous and extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this crew for siding, windows and roof. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered eight double hung and four casement windows, and Mike and his team completed the entire project in less than a day. Mike and his crew did a great job about a year ago residing our house and installing new windows. In July, we were hit by a tornado! My wife and I were on vacation. One call to Mike and he had his crew at my house, hired a tree service to remove a large tree that had smashed through our roof, and had us buttoned up and weathertight with a professional shingling patch. Our neighbors are still dealing with blue tarp. Mike is now handling putting on a new roof, fixing the siding, and managing the interior repairs. I wouldn’t have enjoyed the rest of our vacation if Mike and his team were not on the job.

Mike and his crew resided our home 3 years ago. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. The crew worked quickly, throughly and were very clean. Mike was on site each day checking in to make sure their work was meticulous and it was! Mike was just at our house a few weeks ago, he remembered my kids and was so easy to work with again. Mike, Drew and the Crew at East Coast Siding re-roofed my home (3600 sq. ft. colonial hip roof with solar panels) this past summer. They were prompt, courteous, and worked their butts off! The result was fantastic and was completed at a very fair price. I mentioned the solar panels because the solar contractor had to remove and replace them; it was not Mike's crew. In replacing the panels the solar contractor damaged the cap roofing shingles on the roof peaks to the extent that sections of it blew off in one of our autumn wind storms. Mike was kind enough to have his crew come out within a day of my letting him know to repair the roof peaks -- at no additional cost. That was incredibly neighborly service, to be sure! Highly recommend their quality and work ethic.
