Rob and his crew did my roof 8 years AGO. This morning I found a shingle on the ground. Called him within 3 hours it was looked at. Rob is so professional and concerned to remedy anything his company does, even 8 years later. In a world of scams and cheap workmanship, Rob is an honest, hardworking man . I highly recommend him for whatever services including roofing he does.

Rob and his entire Nor’easter crew did an amazing job on our new roof and skylights! They were professional, efficient and took all the necessary steps to ensure there were no nails or debris left behind for the pets to step on. We’ve gotten many compliments on how wonderful the new roof looks and couldn’t be happier we went with Nor’easter!

Great company. Rob came out promptly, answering a call from my folks to look at @ assess their leaking roof. He was personable, knowledgeable & clearly explained why it was leaking. He listened patiently and had his men come & “patch” the area from where the leak was originating, again explaining in simple terms what shoddy work was done by the developer/builder’s roofing subcontractors. He also explained that it should hold for a stretch, possibly months, but that eventually the roof would have to be replaced. He never asked them for a dime and sent a quote to replace the roof whenever they were ready. Several months later the roof leaked again. Rob again returned their call, personally & promptly. He offered to honor the quote given months previously, despite the rapid rise in the cost of shingles, and scheduled their job a week or two later. Rob and his team arrived promptly. They were courteous, professional and after a long day, left the yard & driveway cleaner than before they arrived - and the new roof looks beautiful. My folks couldn’t have been happier, from first introduction to completion of the job. If you want a professional, highly competent local roofer, I unilaterally recommend Rob & his team. We had Nor’easter Roofing replace the 28-year old roof on our house and garage. Rob made a couple of trips to look over the job before bidding it. The price was good and the finished roof looks terrific.

They came to replace our roof on what was the hottest day of the year to date. I cannot say enough about how considerate Rob and his crew were. They went out of their way to protect the fairly large flower gardens in front of the house using extra-long tarps The crew even moved our potted plants to make sure they stayed in the shade during the day. At the end of the day the yard and gardens looked terrific and I did not find one stray nail or debris left behind.

Without hesitation, we would use Rob and Nor’easter Roofing for roofing, siding and other work.

Our project with Nor'easter was excellent from the first phone call to the finished job. Rob and his team responded very quickly to help us with an emergency repair after a storm in Dec. We planned the full roof replacement for this spring, and has now been completed. Very professional, very efficient, great communication. Happy to recommend Nor'easter.

We called and got quotes from 6 roofers before deciding on going with Rob and Nor'easter Roofing. He was not the most expensive, nor the least expensive, but he was one out of 2 that actually was thorough enough to check the underlying plywood boards in the attic before giving a quote, so there were no surprises when the day to replace the roof came. His years of experience, warrantee of his work, and ease of working with him, made choosing Nor'easter Roofing an easy choice. Rob was responsive to questions, provided samples and did everything he said he would. He had a crew of 9 guys who worked tirelessly to complete the roof in one day. We noticed a piece of aluminum cap was missing two days later and alerted Rob. He sent his crew out the next day to fabricate and install the new piece. We are very pleased with the way the roof turned out and the workmanship that went into the installation. We highly recommend Nor'easter Roofing.

Nor'easter Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house and garage. Overall it was a very good experience:

- Rob had Certainteed samples sent to us, and provided addresses where we could see the color options. We chose Espresso, and are extremely pleased
- Rob recommended installation of the optional black drip edge, and it looks fantastic
- The crew arrived on time, materials were delivered shortly after their arrival, they worked efficiently, and finished the job in a single day; the dumpster was gone early the next morning
- Rob responded immediately to any questions or concerns shared before, during, after the work was done.

We are quite pleased with the finished product, and are grateful to Rob and his crew for working until dark on a scorching hot day. We highly recommend Rob and the Nor'easter crew.

Had Nor'Easter replace our roof in October '24 and was very happy with the quality of work, price, and quick project completion. Contacted Rob and he replied quickly to setup a time to go over options and get the work scheduled within a few weeks. Entire replacement took 2 days as Rob had estimated and he and his team were great. They did a great job cleaning up the debris and any nails that had gotten into the yard. I'd definitely recommend Nor"easter again. Roof came out great, they were able to add some bathroom vents that were needed, and the whole process was very easy from start to end.

Rob was quick to answer the phone call and the team was able to get out here same day to help with snow removal on our roof. Highly recommend!

A year and a half later, we're still dazzled by the service offered by Nor'easter Roofing! Rob was very helpful over the course of the entire process, was kind, responsive, and the quote was more than reasonable. They came out quickly, too! On roofing day, the team showed us where wood needed to be replaced and why, and even helped us install a ventilation pipe for our bathroom fan. Still looks great - we'll certainly be giving them a call when it's time to re-roof the garage.

Excellent Roofing Job by Rob and the Nor’easter Team!

I couldn’t be happier with the job Rob from Nor’easter and his crew did on my roof. They were professional, efficient, and completed the entire shingle job in just one day! The quality of the work is top-notch, and they left everything clean and tidy afterward. I really appreciate the great communication and attention to detail throughout the process.

Robert returned my call the same day, came out to the property the next day looked at my roof. He told me what he could do, gave me an estimate right then and there Robert did not pressure me. He answered my questions was fully insured, and told me when they were scheduling out to. I continued to get estimates, which none were as good as Nor'easters. I called Robert back 2 days later signed the contract and he did the rest. He pulled the town permits, ordered up the dumpster, and co-ordinated the delivery of the roofing supplies to be delivered the day of the job. Came on time the day we scheduled the job. Everything was delivered that day, and the crew was exceptional and extremely hard working,especially on such a warm humid day. They were polite and friendly, and respectful and did good quality work. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. So happy I went with Nor'easter Roofing.

Recently used Nor’easter Roofing to have an ice dam removed at a rental property I manage. They were on site less than 24 hours after reaching out and completed the work efficiently. 100% recommend them!

Rob was responsive, picked up the phone on the first ring and told me be'd be there in a few hours to clear my roof of snow. He was, his guys were great, and his price was very fair. Highest recommendation!

Fast and responsive, although the scope of work wasn't as expected for ice dam removal. Credit to the owner, however, for attempting to make it right. After speaking with the owner, I assume the challenges we ran into won't occur again. Great at clearing snow from the roof, but we the ice dams really weren't addressed with any physical changes of channels or other means of mitigation. They cleared what landed in the driveway, but ended up burying our front and back steps. Again, I'm sure after speaking with the owner, he'll address it with his crew. It's unfortunate, however, that our chief complaint wasn't handled as expected (lack of channels or removal of ice dams). Crew started work without showing/sharing a contract to sign that would have had us on common ground much sooner.

Rob and his entire nor easter team did an amazing job on my home roof. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They got it done in one day! They also did my garage roof a few years back. These guys do amazing work! I highly recommend this team if you need a new roof.

We had our roof done and love the color! We went with blue tones and boy does it look sharp when the sun hits it! Nor'easter started early in the morning and were done by 2 PM! The team worked hard. They replaced some plywood and removed all debris afterwards. Added frost/ice protection and have a great warranty on the shingles. Very happy and highly recommend Rob at Nor'easter Roofing.
