"Kudos" to Mike and Kevin at Ideal Pools for all they did to get my New sand filter installed and my pool up and running. They were ready to answer any questions I had concerning this filter and assured me that this would be much easier than our old DE filter.

Ideal Pools built our in-ground pool a couple of years ago and have serviced it since. It's been great. We got the pool we envisioned and the service is all wonderful. We are new pool owners and the folks at the store are truly helpful with questions we have had. The whole thing could not have gone better.

Ideal pools has been very helpful. After a somewhat rocky start to a repair request (due to parts availability issues outside of their control) they were able to right the ship and get my hot tub fixed. Chris and Bob, the technicians, were very knowledgeable and completed a very involved repair in no time. Matt, has been fantastic as well. Thank you!

These guys are great!!! As a first time pool owner we adopted an above ground pool with our new home and had no idea what to even do with it. Thanks to the amazing service and additional support, I now feel confident in properly caring for and maintaining my pool and filter. I'm just the pool boy so water quality is left to my partner who has experience with an in ground pool and water quality. She does an amazing job and I maintain the pump, filter, and heater. Great customer service!! A tree fell on my pool during the winter crushing it. I needed a replacement pool for the spring. Matt provided me all options available, responded to each of my in depth questions in a timely manner, and ALWAYS retuned my calls.

The crew that removed my old pool and installed the new one were very professional, courteous, and also responsive to each of my questions.

Needed a dead Pine cut down In front of our house. Tim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing! His wife is amazing as well very responsive and gets right back to you in a good timely manner!

We had Hartland remove a dead tree that was in a tight spot. He put the tree down right where it needed to be. When he was done, he left my yard more clean than when he first arrived.
Very knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.

We had a large pine next to our house, Tim came in cleaned off some limbs to lighten it up some and perfectly dropped the tree into the corner of our yard. He hauled the logs out, cleaned up. We have a few more trees we will be calling Tim to remove. If you need a tree down Tims the one to call.

We had Hartland take down several large trees for us - some of which were in difficult locations. Tim is a great guy, is very professional and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

I recently hired Tim Ballou from Hartland to install a new concrete slab in my garage, and I could not be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, the process was very professional.

The quality and attention to detail of Tim's work was flawless. He was always available to answer any questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. He provided a clear timeline for when the job would be completed and stuck to it. He worked efficiently and left the site cleaner than when he arrived. He was very respectful of my property and made sure to protect surrounding areas from any mess or damage.

The price was competitive and I felt that the quality of his work far exceeded what I paid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this service. Finding people that provide this quality of service is very difficult, and I will be forever grateful for such a beautiful job!

Tim arrived on Tuesday to intall a patio under my deck. I was shocked that he was alone. This man is a machine. He worked quickly installing forms and explained as he worked pitches and how water would drain and why he was placing them where he did. On day two the concrete was poured. He was meticulous finishing it. Day three, clean up and plant grass. Great work at a fair price. My highest recommendation.
