Excellent customer service experience throughout the entire process. I contacted Southeast Restoration and within a day they were able to make an assessment. Randy was professional, prompt and straight forward. I felt as though I was getting a fair deal and accurate information. Would definitely recommend and will use for future home restoration needs.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Had a bathroom water leak that also affected the bedroom behind it. They were slow in staring and it took 10 months to complete the job. Now the wooden floor is buckling up and I have been calling them for 2 1/2 months to address this concern.
Today they stated they don't know what is causing it to buckle, but they are certain it is not their workmanship and that they are not responsible in helping me get it fixed. I am on my own.

This company was there the next day to take on the job, but when the time came to do the work, they gave a time, but showed up late each time. Lack of communication. A project that started in late January is still incomplete in April. I would not recommend them or work with them again. We have been with USAA for over 25 years and this is by far the worst experience and contractor we have dealt with. We have to find someone else to complete the final steps of our doors. They took off white doors and replaced it with gray doors with no attempt to paint them or put the locking mechanism cover of the door. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Very efficient, kind and considerate of our family and home as well as our pets. Jason was very thorough and Marco was the Best! The other team members were awesome as well. Tulio, Elaine, Canton and Dimitrius. Thank you all!

Highly recommend Southeast for restoration, they have helped us twice and have been amazing to work with. Elijah just finished up the last repairs to our latest water damage and did amazing work, was friendly and great to work with.

The crews are highly effective in hard conditions. Tree fell on my house the were on site and tree removed from home 2 hours.

Southeast Restoration saved our home! We had a water leak that completely destroyed all the flooring in our house. Demetrius, Cody, and several other team members were incredibly considerate and walked us through every step of the process. They worked quickly and thoroughly to remove all the damaged materials and set our home up for a successful restoration. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and care. Thank you!

I had a huge and long pine tree to fall on and across my detached garage and my homes second story deck.When I filed the claim with my local insurance agency,my agent highly recomended Southeastern Restoration of Columbus Georgia.
The large and long tree damaged and took off the back corner of my garage,roofing,facial and trim.The tree also totaled the four roof vents and a roof exhaust fan.It also took out the railing and picketts on my second story deck.The impact of the heavy tree also cracked and damaged several 2x6x12 floor joist supporting the deck.A crane was needed to remove the tree from atop my garage and home deck.
In no time Chris an estimator from Southeastern Restoration Columbus office arrived and inspected all the damage.He sent in the estimate to my insurance company.Chris was a pro.
The only delay we had was the insurance company taking their sweet time to issue the check for the estimated reconstruction
price.Southeastern never delayed the repairs,it was all on the insurance adjustors.
I have forty three years of plumbing experience and being around construction.Twenty three years was working with a local plumbing company and also twenty years owning and operating my own plumbing business.So I know good construction when I see it.
Hank my project manager and Kyle his assistant are top knotch. Moses,of United Roofing was excellent and easy to work with. Horhay and the framing crew were hard working and very honest.
The painters did a great job.All Southeastern's subs were great
and all cleaned after themselves.

The whole process was disruptive to our life and I was impressed with quick response time and transparency throughout the project! We are so glad it’s over and we’re happy with our results! Everyone from Southeast (Randy, Cody, Cameron, and Demetrius) did a great job, kept everything neat and clean, and very timely and polite. Great experience during a not-so-great time. You never want to need a restoration company but when you do, it’s such a relief that they’re there and so helpful with leading me through the process of putting things back together. Great experience!
