We are extremely pleased with the work done by the professionals of this caring company. In times like these with water damages in one of the most important investments we as homeowners have, it is very important to have professionals who understand and empathizes with what the customer is experiencing. All the personnel on this initial team were very compassionate yet professional in getting things right in our home to make us “whole” again; Jason, Cody, Kulio, and Jacob all were awesome; they kept us informed every step of the way and explained what they would be doing and why; this was very reassuring as they took care of our home as it was their own in my humble opinion. I would highly recommend this company of professionals over any other company in this line of work; you will not regret it!

We had multiple leaks in our house throughout the year and SE restoration made the process easier for us and we had a great outcome. Through the mitigation and then the restoration of almost our entire home, we were very pleased. Anything that we would complain about would have been out of their control (custom glass, or tile, from third parties taking longer than expected). Their crews were always taking their time to do their jobs, and came out multiple extra times if we ever found something that needed to be touched up or done. As much as we liked the company- I’m hoping we never have to use them again! Lol. Would recommend (and already did) to friends and family.

From the very start with our mitigation to the rebuild at the end, Southeast Restoration was nothing short of incredible. They worked closely with our insurance company so we would have as little stress as possible in a very stressful situation. Mitigation came out the same night we noticed the leak and got right to work, and our property manager, Ryan, was so great to work with during the rebuild. He made the entire process easy and completely guided us along the way. We really trusted that he had our best interests in mind and felt like we were in really good hands. Although there were a few hiccups along the way and the process took a little longer than we would have liked due to some issues with insurance, Ryan kept us fully informed the entire time so we never felt in limbo. We are incredibly happy with the end result.

Very professional work and communication. We needed repairs on a tight schedule, they were able to accommodate the schedule and even worked the day before and thanksgiving to ensure they can finish on time. If I could 6 stars I would. They repaired my house and didn’t leave a mess. I pray I won’t need to fix anything else, but if I do. I’ll work with them again, no hesitation.

I deeply appreciate the care and commitment to a successful completion of the water damage to our property. The process from the beginning to ending was awesome. My insurance company provided me with this company. I didn’t want them at first. Didn’t know anything about them never heard of them. But I decided to try them out. They called Immediately, they were very professional and prompt. They answer all the questions I had. This company has some amazing employees Cameron, Cody, Michelle and Elaine are great. They were very professional and polite. I would give them 10stars. This is a wonderful company.

Regarding the front porch repair project, I'm extremely pleased with Southeast Restoration. After months of contractor frustrations, their efficiency and professionalism were a welcome relief.

The entire process, from initial contact to project completion, was handled seamlessly. Their team demonstrated exceptional honesty and diligence, finishing the work quickly and to a high standard.

Very long job but this company was kind and stayed on the mission. We received weekly updates and any small or large issue we wanted corrected they were very quick to fix it. I'm impressed by Kyle and his team. I don't see anyone going wrong with Southeast, they were respectable of our time and space and provided exceptional customer service. We love their work.

Elaine, Tulio, Cameron and Jacob did a fantastic job in my home during the mitigation process. They were professional, quick, and even cleaned as they worked.They did a god job explaining the process and made sure to remove anything that was affected. Although the damage was a litle more severe than I initially thought, Southeast was very thorough. I would highly recommend using Southeast Restoration!!

Southeast Restorations project team (Hank and Kyle) did a great job scheduling the contractors for the remodel portion of our project. The contractors did an excellent job with new flooring, painting, and a complete new bathroom. Thank you for another excellent job!

Jason and team came in quick to save me! They started same day I placed a claim with insurance after a leak sprung and started flooding the house. Very detailed and thorough with walk thru and what was going to be done, step by step. Made the whole mitigation process so much easier! Now just waiting on GC to come and repair it all! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Alex and his crew at my house.

It all started with the very impressive planning stage, where Alex created a 3D site plan and digitally walked my wife and I around the new design at his office.

He and his crew knocked out the implementation stage with military precision, and his entire team are some of the nicest and hardest workers I've encountered. If anything didn't go as planned, they were quick to adapt and took responsibilities for any repairs.

Ace Hardscapes absolutely nailed my urban farm concept, and I will continue to use them for all future projects - large and small - to improve the sustainability of my property.
