Our pool recently had a weird powdery substance floating in it. ASP quickly came out, cleaned out the substance, diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and it hasn't been back since. Thank you!

We were satisfied with this company initially. This year the service was terrible. Treated our salt water pool like it was a chlorine pool, left a mess when pool was serviced, did not make requested repairs without repeated requests. I do not recommend this company.

Great Service! Called on Monday and problem resolved on Tuesday! I love the email I immediately received after the problem was resolved which included details of the problem and what was done to fix it! Very impressed with the service!

This place is awesome..Always prompt and everything is always fixed... The service guy Scotty knows everything about pools. The ends and out of all pools... Candy in the office always checks my water and never tries to push things on me to buy... Great company

Promises turned into a summer disaster. Had our pool liner replaced. That took a month. Held water for less than a month. Now has taken mor than a month to get it corrected. Would NOT recommend.

The renovation of our steps was expertly done by Russell and Steve. They treated our property with care and did a phenomenal job on the steps, liner and cover installation. Russell is a craftsman in pool repair! Highly recommend using ASP for any job!

I have Pentair pumps and valves on my pool. When I had a problem with actuator valve I contacted ASP because company that installed the pool was not reliable. I went by their location in Columbus, Ga. and spoke with staff there. They told me they would be out to repair the valve within two weeks. They actually got to me quicker than that. Scotty the service man came out and quickly repaired my problem by replacing the defective actuator. He was very dedicated to make sure it worked right and that the cams were aligned perfectly as it turned. He completed the wiring in the Easy Touch panel and it worked perfectly. The next morning it wasn't coming on exactly right so I called Scotty. He quickly returned my call and after I told him what it was doing he told me to switch the toggle the other direction. Went out and did that and now is working perfectly. Scotty is well versed with pools and very knowledgeable with the Pentair systems. Gordy called about a mix up of our appointment time but got him out to us quickly. We are pleased to know that ASP is dedicated to service and because of our great first experience they will be our first choice for pool service or repair. We had trouble priming our pool — I called ASP and they went way out of there way to stop by our house the next day. They quickly solved the issue and worked with me to share a way not to run into the same problem. I would recommend their services to anyone who asks! As a pool owner for 9 years, I can highly recommend ASP Pools. The knowledgeable and caring staff at ASP took on the challenge of my "problem pool" four months ago. I was frustrated and out of answers after trying for two years (with another local pool company) to get my pool healthy and stain free. A friend recommended calling Gordy Pease at ASP. Gordy promptly came to my house and spent 1 1/2 hours consulting with me, listening to my concerns and learning the history of my pool and its problem with chronic staining. He assured me that he would do whatever it took to make me love being a pool owner again. Gordy and the ASP staff were diligent in treating my pool, consulting with me each step of the way, and truly let me know that my satisfaction was important to them. I have been impressed with the professionalism, courteousness and personal attentiveness of each and everyone at ASP and have no doubt that I am doing business with the best pool company in Columbus! Started with a quick repair job and I was so impressed that I decided to have them do bi-weekly service. Today was day one and I’m even happier than before. Received an email within an hour with a recap of service, chemical levels, and Needed chemicals. My only regret is that I didn’t contact them sooner.
