- Start date was two weeks after they promised to start; doubt they would have started when they did if I didn't complain.
- Told me project would take no more than 2.5 days
- Project took 5 weeks from start to finish. 450 feet of fence and three gates. Not a big project.
- Crews would show up for couple of hours and then vanish. Then would have to call to get them back a few days later.
- No oversight of work crews; project manager never visited site until I requested.
- Poor communication; seemed like I would always have to call to find out why no work was being done or done poorly.
- No one accepts responsibility for issues, just blame someone else at the company.
- Company very unorganized with little care for what they put you through as a customer and the inconvenience they are causing.
-Owner did finally come out to site at the end - too little to late in my opinion.
- They sure are quick to expect payment when they are finally completed with your fence.
- Would not recommend them to anyone and if I run into issues with warranty work on this fence in the future would not let them work on it anyway.
- This is my first review of anything, ever.

Sent person out to do estimate. Said he was too busy to do estimate now but would definitely have it by end of day. Guess I should have asked which day!! Because as of today still nothing. But that’s ok found someone else that I believe will do what he says.

Very customer oriented, friendly knowledgeable, if they can’t answer a question the find someone who knows.
They go above and beyond.
Hard to find companies who will do that.

Dustin was very knowledgeable, professional and always answered any questions during the process. They did a fantastic job and I'm more then pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

I will say everyone I have talked to have been very kind.

However, it has been almost 2 months and I’ve still not received my quote. I do understand they have to wait to hear from the dealers, but this seems a bit much.

I also needed a fence quote for my business. I called and scheduled with the same gentleman that had come to my home and texted the address of the business. Unfortunately, this time they were a no call no show.

I ended up using someone else.

I had a vinyl privacy fence installed on my property by Affordable Fencing. They did an Awesome Job. From the Sales Rep to the hard workers whom worked Precise & Quick I say “Thank You All.”I am very satisfied with the finished project and they will be the first company I call if I have future projects. We worked with this company on our fencing. Initially, there were some problems. But I got to give Jason and Affordable Fencing Solutions credit for coming back again and again until we did have our solution. While the project took longer than either us would have liked, he showed incredible character and integrity to get a wonderful finished product. I would certainly utilize their services again.

From start to finish, I loved Affordable Fencing! Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He always took my calls or responded to my text questions. My installation team was outstanding! Mr. Hank, Scott, and Jacob were extremely hard workers in excessive heat! They never complained, they kept up their pace and took time for conversation and to answer my questions. My experience with Affordable Fencing was exceptional! I highly recommend this business and I will use them again for all my fencing needs!

I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a new fence ,especially if you are looking for quality and affordability. Dustin and Dewey were very patient with all our questions and the crew, Goose,Stanley and Lester did an amazing job installing the fence and cleaning up afterwards. Great job on a 6 ft board on board privacy fence. The installation guys were very nice and worked hard, even in 95-100 degree weather. We ended up having concrete almost all the way down one side of the fence. I think it was unexpected, but they took care of it and didn't charge extra. Dustin communicated with us from beginning to end, which was very appreciated.

We got our new fence almost a month ago and I am just now writing a review because I was struggling to decide if I was going to give them a 4 or 5 star rating. I actually try to write ratings that others reading them can actually rely on because I hope I can do the same. So, I have decided after a mental debate to give them 5 stars and the reason is because the team earned it when our install didn't go exactly as planned there was no lag at all in the response between the office and either a call back from them or from Dustin. There are very few businesses out here that truly care about their customers like that any more.

So about our new absolutely beautiful fence, we are so extremely thrilled with it. We can now let our dogs out without worrying they could potentially get out of the fence because the new one is secure and strong. Our old privacy fence was truly on it's last legs and it showed. The new one improves the appearance of our home immensely.

The original plan was to kind of stay along the same path as our old fence with a few adjustments but once the old fence was removed it became immediately apparent that wouldn't work. Our lot is not flat but the old fence had been put up when our house was built in 2011 and the soil hadn't fully settled. Dustin immediately came out and plotted the new path with my husband and I was a bit skeptical but now that the new fence is up, our fenced portion of the yard actually is so much more useable and no longer the funky shape it once had. Our landscaper was even thrilled because the old fenced portion included a small hill that our French drain runs down through. We took that part of the fence up to the flat part.

There were a few communication issues at the beginning of our install that as I said were answered immediately. By the end of our install, a few hours before the end of the work day the gates were the only thing that weren't up yet and we have three dogs that we had been walking for a week. I called the office and Dustin immediately returned my call and once I explained that walking them was taking a toll because we are disabled, he called his team and had them board up the second gate opening so we could let the dogs out again. After our fence was done and the trash was removed, I looked behind our new fence where the rest of lot is still wooded and noticed some of the old fence trash hadn't been removed. I thought it was just a few pieces, but once I called the office and explained, Dustin quickly called me back again and came out himself the next day with a team to make sure it was removed and nothing remained at all.

Honestly, after all that, I would recommend Affordable to my family if they lived local and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. They showed that they truly valued us and wanted us to be happy with them from estimate to final install. I have no doubt if I had question I could call them now

Hank and Scott came out and did a beautiful job on my fence! They were very polite and knowledgeable. Dustin always was so polite and displayed great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a fence. Oh and they stand behind their work which is very good to know!

I had a really great experience from AFS two years ago and left a 5 star review. When I moved to a new property and needed a fence repair, of course I called them. I was quoted $1185 to repair the fence, but when I asked for specifics on HOW the fence would be repaired, the office didn't respond. Desperate to have the job completed, I naively "accepted the estimate," under the assumption that a four-digit repair job would entail some quality work. Two days later I received a call that the repair folks were on my property but the gate was locked--that's because no one told me when they'd come by. They came back the following day and put 4 pieces of wood on the existing, rotting privacy fence. For $1185, I received about an hour of labor and 4 pieces of privacy fencing that is readily available at any big box store. I'm not sure what happened at AFS in the past two years, but I can no longer recommend their services. I would assume that they are just so busy that one person quotes what he WOULD do if he were to repair the fence, then subcontracts that expensive job out to someone who places 4 pieces of wood in exchange for my money. Now I'm out over $1000 and the fence looks awful. I would recommend hiring someone who is on-site when the work is done. I have a hard time believing anyone would call what I received a "one thousand dollar job."

The team just completed a project for my new backyard fence and I am very happy with the results and the experience. The team did a great job and they know what they are doing. I had a project that involved both privacy and 4 rail fence with black welded wire. The project exceeds my expectations with the install quality and finished results. I can't wait to stain the fence after the wood has dried. I also appreciated how they communicated to me around updates and when they needed my feedback to consider some changes due to obstructions(trees, foundation boundaries, etc). They always had ideas and suggestions on how to resolve. That is appreciated when someone like me is not a fence expert. Affordable Fencing are professionals and have the customer front and center.

This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience with Affordable Fencing. I am completely unsure how they have such good Google reviews. We were told when we signed a contract with this company that our relatively small backyard fence would take 2-3 days max to complete. Day one of their scheduled start, they did not show. Day 2, the two workers showed up at noon, worked for 2 hours and left; repeated this cycle Tuesday through Friday of workers arriving in the late morning and leaving for a "break" and never coming back; never working more than 3 hours in a day. By day 6, the manager promised to have the fence complete, no surprise is was not complete until Day 7. The "5 foot" gate that was agreed on with the contract is 4'2" wide. We were told at the time of paying this company in full that they would come immediately to fix the issue. It has been 2 weeks since this time. I returned home from work today, the day that we were told they were going to finally make the gate the correct size, to find that all they did was remove the lock from my gate and leave, not making the gate door any longer. Additionally, an entire section of fence is not nailed into the horizontal posts. This is an absolutely scam of a company, completely unresponsive and I regret the day ever deciding to go with this company. 1 month in and I still do not have what I paid for. This company is full of false promises. Stay far away.

Mr. Dustin with Goose and his team made the process painless! My fence was built exactly the way I asked and was done so in a competent manner. Time was taken to make sure there were no issues and if small modifications had to be made in order to have proper functionality Goose and his team made sure to explain the situation and ask before the small changes were made. The courtesy, professionalism and competency of the Team and business was held to the highest standard and exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend for any job.

Very happy with my new privacy fence. It is sturdy, strong, and it looks great! Goose and Markief did a really great job and were very professional and personable. It took an extra day but it was worth it because Goose realized the original fencing panels they were working with were pretty weak and although they were halfway done he let me know they would have to come back tomorrow and start it over with stronger wood. I really appreciated that because they could've just given us anything to finish the job. If these two are on the bill to do your fencing I'm confident you'll be in good hands. The staff was very courteous and kind, business was quick and easy. David did the initial set up and he was awesome, Jason did the closing after the work was complete and he was even more great, felt like I was treated like an actual customer, which is rare today since customer service is practically dead. This company altogether start to finish was a sigh of relief. I never knew this business existed but they showed out! Thank you guys, Brittney, everybody.
