Gordy was very prompt & efficient. He listened & addressed my concerns regarding our recently acquired 30+ year old pool. He stayed on budget replacing the pump & adding a Polaris vac. I am very happy with the work performed by his crew. Now we can enjoy our pool.

This company repeatedly failed at maintaining my pool. I used them for over 6 months and my pool was never in good condition for consecutive weeks. Their techs put holes in my liner that I had to pay for. They didn’t know how to troubleshoot my salt system and kept suggesting I pay more for a new one. It took them 3 months and 2 attempts to install a new liner. Their techs sent reports that visibly showed they did no work to clean my pool but they charged me for it.
They are clearly in over their heads and don’t try to care for your pool like they want to maintain the service.

Excellent pool company. Very consistent with weekly cleaning services. Also, had a recent pump issue. Technician showed up the day I called and got a quote back to me around 5:30 that afternoon to discuss repairing. Part was in the next day and they installed right away. Less than 24 hour turnaround. Highly recommend this company.

I maintained my pool myself for years so I'm picky. Now I can count on ASP to keep my pool clean, clear and ready to enjoy all year round! Dakota notices details and calls me with any concerns. I really appreciate that special touch. Everyone at ASP is friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend ASP to anyone with a pool.

I've had experience with several pool services in Columbus and ASP is by far the most responsive, technically qualified, and professional. Jacob took care of my pool this year and it was in better shape than it has ever been before. He really took his work seriously and I would recommend him to anyone. ASP just winterized my pool and did a quick and professional job of it.

I've had nothing positive customer service and even greater experiences with ASP and its tremendous and wonderful staff from Gordy, Scottie, and Ms. Candy. ASP is extremely knowledgeable, professional and instrumental in me maintaining my pools up-keep and year round maintenance whether its replacing and repairing parts to the usage of its quality products. I would definitely recommend ASP to anyone who is committed to maintaining their pool with the utmost care and quality.

This is the first time that I’ve left a negative review for any company. Initially, my encounter with this company was pleasant. I set up an appointment for my pool pump to be inspected and fixed due to a clog. The technician was supposed to come this week, no later than Wednesday. I called at the beginning of the business day on 6/5 and was told that I was on the schedule for a technician to come out. I called a second time later in the day on 6/5 to make sure that they were still coming because at this point it was closer to closing. I was told that the technicians work beyond closing and will call when they are on the way. My husband and I waited all day and no one called or showed up for the service called. Today, I called at the start of business again to check on the reasoning of the no show and was told that they would check on it and give me a call back. I still have not heard from anyone. I am very disappointed as I feel this is not professional at all. I am a paying customer and would have liked for better customer service. I will not call or use this company again.

We contacted ASP in April 2020 to have our pool liner replaced. In May we paid a deposit for the liner. It came in mid June, and was supposed to be installed within the next few weeks. I called the office multiple times to speak to someone, they would take my name and number and say someone would call me back- which never happened. They gave us the run around stating they couldn’t fix the leaking in the concrete and would have to wait until it hadn’t rained for days. Days went by, then we would get a call on the days it would rain asking how it looked. This went on for almost an entire year until we had to hire a different company to fix the problems and install the liner (that was left in our back yard for almost a year) which happened within a week of hiring them. ASP also left all of their equipment in my back yard for over a year, almost as they had completely forgotten that we were their customers. I’m not looking for any reconciliation, just want everyone to be aware of their other side.

I could not be more pleased with our pool repairs and new liner! Boo was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process despite my many questions. The process has been smooth, the work is excellent (enjoyed talking with Russell some while he worked!), and we are happy with the price. Definitely recommend ASP!

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your pool liner installers. They installed our new liner last Thursday and I was extremely impressed with these young men. They were meticulous in performing the necessary repairs for the liner installation, were very professional in manner and very patient with me and the many questions I posed to them. You are fortunate to have such fine young men that take pride in their work and truly care that a job is done correctly. This just reinforced our decision for ASP to replace our liner.

We ordered a very unique pool liner back in late April. We knew there would be a wait time and we didn't mind but we hoped to somehow have it installed by July 4 since it is a very patriotic themed liner. Let me tell you- ASP made it happen! Brandon, who was amazing!- called to see if we were ok with him coming after work hours because he was just as excited to see this pool liner go in as we were! Brandon came after work on a Thursday to start the pool draining and then came BEFORE work on Friday to cut out the old liner and make some repairs. He came again AFTER WORK on Friday and worked until dark. By the time he left, we had hoses back in the pool and were starting to fill it. It took a couple days to fill but once it was done, he returned to get the proper chemicals in the water and make sure we were happy with it. We had our pool filled and ready for our annual 4th of July Family Pool Party! We can't thank ASP enough for all the help they were this year with helping us get the old liner leaks fixed so we could enjoy our pool until Brandon was able to install our new liner. Brandon deserves a raise- he was very professional and made putting that liner in look so easy. He really knows what he is doing. Not only did he do excellent work but he cared enough about his customers that he came on his own time before and after work to make sure our pool was ready for the big reveal. Thank you so much to ASP and Brandon.

ASP always responds quickly when an issue arrives, and the situation is addressed promptly. The customer service they offer is beyond any other pool service in the area. I can’t say enough great things about their team; it is a well-oiled machine!

The entire team was wonderful and were not like the other big name pool company in Columbus, GA that’s only after your money and not customer service! Brandon was great with the communication of the warranty issues until he could come out and fix the problems. This company hasn’t lost the customer service aspect of owning a business and will go out there way to help you out. You will not be disappointed with trusting any of your pool needs with ASP!

Great experience......they came as a referral, and we are glad our friends told us. New liner needed, minor rehab of the pool shell....all went terrific. I had a few somewhat technical questions that they were able to inform me about, and everything they told me panned out just like they said. Even went above and beyond as I had to perform some behind the scenes electrical work to get my pool lights up and running and they worked around that timeline and made sure the final installation was seamless!!!!
