Amazing service for clearing roof dams this past February! Rob was super helpful and knowledgeable- he gave us great advice to hold us over in an emergency and then was able to schedule us quickly. His crew was fast and respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Rob replaced a roof at my prior home and now again at my new residence. He offered very fair pricing with an excellent transferable warranty at retained costs despite price increases in materials. His team was awesome; they were in and out in one day despite a 2 day time projection (large house and detached garage). Very neat, cleaned up thoroughly, and work was done correctly.

Great and fast work done by Rob and the Nor’Easter team!

The existing roof was 27-28 years old, terribly weathered, and the ridge vent was recently damaged by recent winter snow and ice. The roof was leaking into the house/ceiling. Rob did a quick fix on the roof to get by until the roof could be replaced.

Rob also helped coordinate some chimney work that also needed to be done. That work looks great too!

On the day the roof was scheduled to be replaced, Rob and team showed up early, and a dumpster arrived at the same time. The team quickly began stripping off the old roof, they judiciously cleaned up the old shingles and materials, installed the new roof, and finished off around the chimney. And then one last pass around the house double-checking for errant nails and old material.

They packed up, and quietly left for the day.

The Nor’Easter team went to work quickly, stayed focused, and were judicious about taking care of the property. It was a pleasure working with them.

We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew

They’ve always responded quickly to any of our needs or concerns. This year Jacob Leo came out to open our pool and did such an amazing job! The pool is so clean and clear! Visited the shop to look at Bullfrog Spas. very friendly and attentive folks. they have everything I need for my inground pool and I may add a spa to my home as well!

I have a pool robot that stopped working. I dropped it off at Ideal Pools so it could be fixed. I imagined they would have it for a long time and it would cost me a fortune. Well, they called in less than a hour to say it was fixed. Total cost: $65. I love that place.

They did work for a family member and I was really impressed with the finished work. I've worked around construction/contracting and the quality and professionalism is definitely above average with this company.
