Like most companies, they give a good speech, but do not deliver the quality service they promise. After multiple visits, 3 new tires on our cars, and talking to the site manager and sales rep, we are still not happy with the end results.

The team was very diligent, pleasant to work with and did a great job. They ensured my neighbors were happy in addition to me! They took some extra care that I am sure others would not have!!

They are great! Job done in one day. Very respectful of our gardens. Thanks to the whole crew and especially Frankie and Aaron. After they left you could not tell they had been here except for the beautiful new roof. We have used them on several projects and will again.

Graves Bros. and Oaks are great to work with. We needed a repair on our house roof over the winter last year and their crew got the work done quickly and did a great job.

We also just had them replace our garage roof. The sales representative (Preet) was responsive, very professional, and informative. The onsite supervisor (Colin) was also very professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the day with photos, etc. The entire crew did a great job with the roof and did a thorough clean up. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I am very pleased to say working with Oaks Construction was a great decision on our part. I have not had very good experiences with contractors in the past so I tend to be quite a skeptic but the entire experience was professional and easy. Their salesman, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable and was NOT pushy. We had quotes back within just a few days and the job started shortly after. The crew that showed up was professional and worked diligently until the job was done. The on site supervisors were great. They handled any issues that came up with ease. These people are professionals! They functioned like a well-oiled machine. I was even impressed with the clean up. We have a little follow up to do but I am not concerned in the slightest that that too will go smoothly. I will be using Oaks for future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for an above average contractor experience.
