The worker Connor did an amazing job. Definitely new what he was doing and worked quickly as to not run up the bill. Very professional and cleanliness was impeccable. Will recommend this company to anybody who needs siding repair. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I've just had a roof installed by Oaks roofing and siding. I am very pleased with the whole process. The crew are skilled, hardworking and polite. The roof looks very good. The on site supervisor is very thorough. I come from an extended family of construction workers and I am very pleased with the honesty, quality of work and the clean up. I would definitely use Oaks roofing and siding again. In fact, I am going to.

The entire process of acquiring a new roof was a positive experience due to the professional and caring approach of Jason, Colin and the rest of the employees of Oaks Roofing and Siding Company. The job was completed in one day and the workmanship was excellent. The entire process was explained thoroughly and documented by 200 pictures. My property was respected and cleaned prior to the crew leaving. I would use Oaks again without hesitation.

Mike, Nicole, and the entire crew were wonderful to work with. They communicate with you during the entire process, even sending you pictures along the way. Customer service and experience is truly a top priority for Oaks! We highly recommend this company.

Pros: laborers are extremely friendly, courteous and proficient. They are happy in their work, only need minor supervision, and the end result is a job well done. The workers and materials arrived on time. The laborers worked almost from almost dawn to dusk for two solid days. The on-site supervisor was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and kept me informed. Oaks is very customer focused!

Cons: communication within the management team is a challenge. Some work that was requested was not done and others didn't get included in the contract and had to be added. At the end the dumpster driver did not sweep up, leaving at least 22 nails in my driveway at my last count.

Questioning if the whirly birds are worth it in this climate, will see how they help.

The Oaks team did a fantastic job tearing off our old roof and replacing it! Site Supervisor Colin Chase was friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful in explaining the steps in the process. They took care to leave the site tidy when they were finished with the job.

Brandon and Blake did an exceptional job on our roofing repair. They were thorough, explained what they repaired, and even took care of the leaves in the gutters. Definitely recommend and will be reaching out when it’s time for a full replacement :)

Colon and Jose’ were extremely informative and professional. The staff were truly great and very hard workers. The roof looks fantastic and looking forward to getting the gutters done soon.

Blake and Brandon were courteous, resourceful, and thorough. I also appreciated that they were able to work around my tight schedule even when the weather did not cooperate.

Mike was our estimator, Joe our on-site supervisor. Summarizing in one word: Professional with a capital P. Crew was also great working through a 2 day roofing job in cold blustery conditions.

Brandon came to repair a few pieces of siding that had blown off or that were loose. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and was clearly all about the customer! I would highly recommend Brandon and Oaks Roofing and Siding for any roofing/siding issues!

Recently had some siding and flashing repaired/ replaced due to wind damage. The assessment was thorough with an eye for detail, and Blake did a great job on the repair in spite of the frigid temperature. Best roofing experience, highly recommend Oaks Roofing and Siding. Whole team was awesome, from assessment to cleanup. After we approved their quote they returned and completed the entire tear off roof in 1 day!! The team was so fast and thorough, our whole neighborhood was impressed. The team was proactive about sharing progress, pictures, and sharing feedback. Jeff did a excellent job coordinating job and explaining what was to be done and the materials they use. Nicole did a great job on keeping me informed on project was going and answering questions I had. The crew did an exceptional job. Very neat and efficient. One of best experiences I've had.

Blake was on time, efficient, polite and left the work area as clean as when he arrived. Photos were taken of the repair and shared with us. Would definitely have him do any future repairs. Job well done!
