From start to finish Struck and sons did a great job on my fire restoration project , I got the most for my money with struck, They started work the very next day after signing the contract, All the workers were professional and courteous to me and my pain in the neck neighbor who bothered them almost everyday. they even worked weekends. The entire process was easy, they made the process simple .They handled all the permits, worked with RG&E and the town for all the inspections needed. I would recommend struck and sons to anybody.

Struck and Sons completed repairs on our house after water damage in 3 floors. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years on various homes/properties. Struck and Sons was by far the best construction contractors in every way… quality of work, efficiency, timeliness/sticking to the schedule proposed, work ethic, trustworthy respectful neat subcontractors/workers, attention to detail and most importably communication. Ben and Richard were very involved in the job every step of the way and provided a seamless, comfortable renovation process. I highly recommend Struck and Sons for any small or big construction job. They take pride in their work and their employees.

After the worst event of our lives happened, Struck and Sons was there to help guide and rebuild. We had suffered a terrible house fire that took the life of our dog, hospitalized my fiance, and damaged everything we owned. After looking at several companies, we chose to work with Struck and Sons, and we never regretted that decision. They were incredibly pleasant to talk to, very understanding of our trauma, and incredibly straightforward. When we learned that we were under-insured to make the house the exact same way as it was, Struck and Sons came up with designs that not only saved money, but honestly are an improvement from the original structure! Any time I had a question, whether it be morning, evening, weekends, Ben Cook was prompt in communicating with me. Their team explained the entire process, kept us updated with progress, worked through a tough Rochester winter, and ended up getting us back into our home 3 months sooner than we originally expected! We highly recommend Struck and Sons for any home construction, especially when it comes to recovering from a disaster.

When my roof leaked and damaged my home , my neighbor recommended Struck and Sons . They repaired and installed new ceilings , installed new insulation and painted my entire home . I was so impressed with their work I decided to hire them to remodel my master bath . They once again did a spectacular job. Mike K was on hand doing incredible work, Shane crawled up into my attic to make sure I could wire what I wanted how I wanted it and Mike P painted my entire home in record time . And ….Thank you Ben for always responding to my texts and questions ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It has been a real pleasure working with Struck and Sons, especially Ben Cook. After a tree fell on my house, Struck/Ben Cook was there immediately to assist with all aspects of clean up, insurance and planning next steps. Everyone sent to my house did an amazing job, and was professional, courteous, and best of all, cleaned up after themselves immediately. We had a fantastic experience with everyone at Stuck and Sons. Our basement flooded and everyone involved took time to help us make the best decisions possible and understand the entire process. They were even willing to take on several additional elements that had nothing to do with the flooding and everything was for perfectly.

I have recently had a major renovation on a condo that experienced a flood in late January… I hired stuck and Sons to do the renovation… And they have been nothing short of amazing! Struck and Sons were recommended to me when we had a small water leak. They came and fixed the issue in the bathroom sink- they repaired the kitchen ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling and also hung a bedroom door for us. They were very efficient and super friendly.

Struck & Sons was recommended to us in March 2024 after a major fire at our home in Irondequoit, New York. After meeting with them, we knew immediately that we wanted them to handle our reconstruction. From the outset, they dealt with us with skill, integrity, clarity, and with sensitivity to the trauma associated with our destroyed home. Over the next 16 months, we met with Ben and Richard on numerous occasions, some at their office, some at our home, and later had frequent contact with them through email and text messages. They were consistently receptive and alert to our concerns and had the expertise to address our questions thoroughly. Through the course of the extensive project, the skilled professionals brought in (architect, demolition, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, kitchen, bath, painting - to name just a few) were of the highest craftsmanship and reliability.

In any project of such size and complexity, there are likely to be a few times of some different perspectives or disagreement. Although such issues were very few, when they arose, they were addressed with mutual understanding and resolution. From day to day, Richard was frequently onsite with his careful eye, sometimes with instructions to the crews of things he wanted modified or changed. We appreciated his experience, oversight, and attention to detail and quality. Ben primarily oversaw the massive coordination necessary and was consistently present both onsite and regularly by phone, email and text.

Midway through the project we asked if it would be possible to be back in the house before our son’s wedding in early July. Struck pushed hard and met that date, enabling us to move back in in late June. Given that timely move, our new home was able to be a welcoming place for both local and out of town guests for such a significant family event.

Our new home beautifully maintains the character of the original house while reflecting modernization and numerous upgrades. We sincerely appreciate the entire Struck & Sons organization for the A+ quality of their work and the consistent professionalism of Ben, Richard, the crews, and the entire staff. I noticed that our roof had some soft spots, and decided that it was time for a roof replacement (it had been 30 years). Daryl's bid for the work was very reasonable. They were able to begin work very quickly, and Daryl and his team were professional the entire time. They were thorough about everything from installation to cleanup. They noticed a few problems that were hidden from view and took care of them. On a job this big, complications inevitably arise (with us, it was some skylights that had to be replaced) and Daryl was willing to work with us on price and other details. We have had the roof for a month now; it looks great, and has so far gotten us through heavy rain, snow and 60+ m.ph. winds with no problem. (Small observation: the new gutters really make the house look sharp!) I'm keeping Daryl's number for any other work that I might need done.

I cannot say enough about Daryl and his crew. Daryl’s estimate for our roof was well below other estimates we received. His crew was punctual, extremely well organized, thoughtful about their work, paid great attention to detail, and thoroughly cleaned up. They were professional from start to finish and did an absolutely phenomenal job! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Amazing experience from start to finish with Exceptional Exteriors. Jesse was in constant communication throughout the process. The crew replacing my roof was professional and hard working as well as diligent in the clean up after. Job didn’t get finished on the day it statutes because of being short a few shingles and they came on a Sunday to get it done before I had my driveway being sealed on Monday.

Daryl and his team did a great job on a roof tear off and installation on our rickety old house. We received several estimates, but decided to go with Daryl because of a referral from a family member, and he offered the best warranty. Our new roof looks great! We will definitely work with them again, and have already asked for an estimate for new siding.

I cant tell you how happy we are with the quality of the siding/gutter job. The crews seemed to work seamlessly together, and from my observations, took extra time to ensure the result was perfect. Daryl was a pleasure to work to explain all the details of the project, and Margarita was always available to answer or forward any additional questions that came up.

Jessie and Mark did a fantastic job installing our front door and shutters. Honestly, the work was impeccable. Fair pricing and very timely work. Glad to finally have a completed look to match the great job they did on our roof earlier this year!
