I love Dominick and Affordable Remediations. Dom and his employees came by right away to remediate mold at the bottom of our basement. Scheduling was easy, Dom is super responsive. No nonsense, no upselling. Will tell it like it is and layout options and cost estimates before acting on anything. Super communicative and takes the time to really explain things and give his expert opinion. I even called him post inspection to review the report and go over root cause and get his advice moving forward. It made me feel a lot more comfortable to be able to discuss with him, and really understand what had caused the mold. These guys are professionals through and through. I had a mucky crawlspace that had been neglected for decades in my newly purchased home and now the place is spic and span and mold free. I would spend more time down there if the ceilings were higher. Also, the price for the service was extremely reasonable for all the work involved.
