I recently had my 35 year old windows replaced by Garden 'State Roofing and Siding .. They were fantastic from start to finish ! They started on time , did an amazing job installing 10 windows and cleaned up all debris . I would highly recommend them !

Quality materials used on my roof
This was a tear off roof using 27 sq of material. The roof was done including cleanup in just 4 1/2 hours. Absolutely incredible.

From the initial estimate to the final shingle installed on my roof, my experience with Garden State Roofing was amazing!

Pete taught me everything I needed with everything to know about shingles. He was extremely patient as I decided on a color. Even bringing larger samples to my home so I could really see what they'd look like outside.

The work crew arrived on time at 8:00 am and quickly got the job done. I arrived back home at 2:00 and they were done!
Not one nail or shingle was left in my yard.

My new roof gave the house a more modern, refreshed look.

This was the first of five estimates I received for my roofing project, and it set the bar high. The contractor Steve, who came to do the estimate answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, and helped me understand the components involved in a modern, quality installation. Most of the information was new to me, and he made it easy to follow.

Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. The installation and cleanup were completed with great attention to detail and to my full satisfaction.

The price was competitive, and the GAF materials and materials/installation warranty were an added bonus. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Garden State Roofing & Siding.

We used Garden State Roofing to replace an area of shingles that have blown off during the one of many wind storms we now regularly have. They were quick to come out with a quote, scheduled me fast, and got the repair done in a timely manner. They even had great patience with me as we worked on a shingle color match! :) 👍🏻👍🏻

Dom and his team at Affordable Remediation were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed binder with information on the procedure and products they were using in my own. All products were organic and safe to use in the home. They removed some black mold in a basement closet that was due to previous water damage we had. They were quick and efficient and provided a timely air quality report a few days after the work was done. I would highly recommend Dom and his team for any work that you need done in your home!

Dom and his crew are excellent. He is very personable and responds almost immediately.The work speaks for itself. We had a mold problem in our crawl space and they guys were professional and the price was reasonable. If needed to use again on our next home they are the people I would call first.

The greatest customer service experience I've ever experienced. We had a competitor try to sucker us, but we called Affordable Remediation and they showed us how to fix our minor mold problem ourselves.
