I recently had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of East Brunswick involving the repair of drywall, molding and followup painting due to a water leak. Kevin Camacho, Construction Manager at SERVPRO of East Brunswick, prepared a detailed estimate of the work to be done which would get my home back to even better condition than before the incident. He then negotiated this customer friendly estimate with my insurance company and got the entire package approved. Then Kevin arranged to have one his field tested contractors perform the repair. The work was completed within two days with results far exceeding my expectations, i.e. all evidence of the damage completely removed, all furniture, wall decorations, window treatments and electronics returned to their original state. Finally Kevin reviewed his contractor's work and offered his assistance in dealing with my insurance company should that be needed as well as offering his services for any future construction/repair jobs I might need. Again, I'd like to compliment Kevin and SERVPRO for getting me through a tough time, interfacing with my insurance company, assigning and monitoring probably the best repair contractor I've ever encountered and providing an outcome that left my home in better condition than before the incident.

My hot water heater failed recently and in my search for a water resolution company to help me Servpro of East Brunswick was recommended. I’m so glad that they were! Matt Freyer, Kevin Camacho, Devin Clegg and the entire team were a pleasure to work with! They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and very hard working! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

EDIT: ADDED SCREENSHOT OF THE BILL TO MY INSURANCE, PROVING THEIR INSURANCE FRAUD!! THEY CHARGED FOR HEAVY CLEANING, AND CLEARLY DIDNT EVEN DO LIGHT CLEANING!!! Also see they have nothing to say about it.

I will start off by saying that I am always fair in my reviews, and don't just leave negative or positive reviews. Our experience with ServPro's FIRE RESTORATION SERVICES definitely needs to be shared.

We had a fire at our house, and the first step was to hire a restoration/cleaning company like Servpro. About 20 people left their card at my house after the fire, and after meeting with salesperson Felix, we were sold. I can't even blame this on the salesman, because he was nice, understanding, explained in detail what was going to happen, etc. The problem is clearly upper management. I was told that the fire damage would be remediated, unsalvageable goods would be documented in detail, all surfaces would be cleaned and encapsulated, etc. What did I get? Well, first, that "inventory" was basically a bunch of low quality photos of stuff thrown on my deck. All surfaces "cleaned" meant leaving my refrigerator smelling like rotten food, dirty floors, etc. Remediation fire damage meant putting 3 holes in my ceiling from removing insulation in the attic (5' clearance). Mark, the supervisor, sounded like he was doing the best he can, but when I ask about coming back to clean the fridge he needs to "check with management". I never got a call back. During the job I was told things like "this is taking too long", which is probably why the "detailed inventory" was a multi page pdf of illegible content.

Moral of this story - there are many other options of restoration services out there, please pass on Servpro and save yourself the stress through an already stressful disaster.

Now, if you decide to pass on my suggestion, then ABSOLUTELY take this next one. When they offer you their Reconstruction services, YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED! I made the mistake of entertaining this idea, as it seemed convenient. I liked the idea they would be familiar and they told me they would do a free estimate since i was already working with servpro. Same company right? WRONG.

You know, one of these other fire restoration contractors made a good point to me. He was a contractor, servpro is restoration. He said he wouldn't go into restoration just because he's already doing construction because he already has his specialty. Well, servpro has gone into construction to just grab a larger share of this market (this market being helping with people's disasters). Bottom line, after evaluating my negative experience with the restoration among other areas within the estimate, I couldn't bring myself to work with this company.

Then when it came down to part ways and I am citing all the promises that were not fultilled, then (and I quote) "the restoration division is completely separate from reconstruction" and now "I never told you I would give you a free estimate" (cue recorded phone call) and also my negative experience is "the cost of doing business".

This is likely the longest review I have ever written, and rightfully so because you as a prospective customer deserve to be navigated properly as I wish I was. In the end, hard pass.

Servepro took my bathroom vanity after my basement was flooded and nothing was wrong with it. They also removed my custom closets and it was totally unnecessary. They tried to call me to repair my basement but Servpro charges astronomical prices. I would have used another vendor but my insurance company State Farm has a contract. For the rebuild I would suggest a different vendor than Servpro.

I had them clean some biowaste from 2 rooms in my house after a leakage. James and Jake did a great job and U would highly recommend them. they came out in 1 day ti estimate and the next day the place was clean and inhabitantable. would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the mold inspection service provided. The technician was courteous, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire visit. They carefully inspected all high-risk areas, including basements, bathrooms, and attic spaces. Their equipment clearly detected moisture levels I was unaware of. The final report was well-organized and included clear explanations along with actionable steps for remediation. Communication was excellent from scheduling to completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable mold assessment.

ZND-PAKI Mold Removal & Mold Remediation Service of Services did an excellent job of removing the mold that we found in our bathroom wall. They acted promptly, evaluated the issue, and eliminated all contaminated items without dispersing spores. To stop future development, the team disinfected the area, installed containment walls, and employed HEPA filters. They even described how to prevent the problem and what caused it. There are no residual smells because the task was completed cleanly. Now, my family feels much safer and healthier. This is the crew you can rely on for consistently comprehensive, trustworthy, and skilled mold treatment services.

Absolutely the best pool service I’ve ever received!! Everyone was so kind and very professional, I’ve had a few different companies over the years but was never a fan they didn’t do what I was expecting. But accuflow hit it right out of the park! My pool and hot tub have never looked better and I’m so ready for summer now!

Signed a contract with the company back in March, they waited till two weeks before the opening to tell me they will not do my pool. Now everyone else is booked VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE!.....5/04/22...I am adding to this review 11 months later.Acc u flow responded to my review today,& if what they are saying is true,then I wouldn’t have had any problem.But the fact that they my appointment months in advance to the opening proves what they are saying is false!otherwise they would not have SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH ME!!!If acc u flow disagrees...I will gladly post our SIGNED contract.

I have used Accuflo pool services for several years. They are very attentive and responsive as well as cost effective and knowledgeable. Happily they have expanded their business but still give there customers personal attention.

Accu-flo is my favorite company to work with. My experiences with them were always positive and everyone is so professional, and my new pool and hot

If you’re not using this business for anything, having to do with swimming pools then you’re missing out. It’s a family owned and operated business with the most honest, hard-working and trustworthy guys around. I for my part had a chance to work for the company many years ago and so, seeing what goes on, on the inside I can tell you that they leave no stone unturned, cut no corners and are very knowledgeable in the trade. I guess that about does it. the next time you need a Pool Company do the right thing and hire them!

AccuFlo systems has been caring for my families pool&Spa for years. They are always very professional! They give their clients their time and do their best to perfect the job. I would highly recommend this company for any of your pool&Spa needs!

Thought we were in for a great experience as we came to them by a referral but unfortunately that's not how it played out. We thought we were given good advice last year to wait on repairing our pool until the spring. We purchased a foreclosure and the pool was neglected and looked like a swamp but good news was holding water. We were advised to call late March to schedule the job and send in a 50% deposit which we did. Then the person we got the estimate and advice from said the owner wanted to come see the pool after we sent the deposit and scheduled the job. We were then told by email that they couldn't take the job due to the concerns of not knowing if there was a hydrostatic valve in our pool. After calming down from being quite upset for waiting from August until spring based on their advice we would need to start over with contacting companies and getting estimates
Not a fun job. So we decided to get rid of the concerns that we knew others would also have and cleaned out the gross leaves sitting on the bottom and see if the pool had the hydrostatic valves. Lucky for us there are multiple ones and the walls are stained from the swamp water but look great! We figured we'd reach out again to Accu Flo to see if we could turn our bad experience into a good one now that we removed the concerns they told us and see if they wanted to take the job of the acid wash, replace the pump, and check repair the lines. Instead of scheduling to see the pool again and take on the job Ruth emailed us back declining the opportunity? So much for giving a company a second chance to make things better. Don't waste your time on Accu Flo would be my advice. Call another company instead.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Accu-Flo Systems was outstanding and absolutely deserves one. The technician who came out to clean my pool filter didn’t just fix the issue—he went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You could tell he really knew his stuff and cared about doing the job right.

As a business owner myself, I know great service when I see it—and I’ve probably been too stingy with praise in the past. But Accu-Flo has earned it. From start to finish, my experience with them has been professional, smooth, and surprisingly pleasant. I’m very glad to be working with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
