Servpro helped us after our toilet flooded our first floor by mitigating the damage. They had to set up humidifiers and fans and did a phenomenal job putting up tarp around the areas and making our home still accessible to use as much as possible. They’re incredibly helpful, responsive, and came as quickly as they could to remove the equipment. They even taped off our walls that are still open so that our child wouldn’t get to them! We received a five year guarantee on our roof in Hazlet stating clearly NO LEAKS from this company. Almost immediately the roof began to leak and started to destroy the drywall in our kitchen. The gentleman who owns this business came out twice to try and make minor repairs but never fixed the underlying issues which were the rotting plywood and poor shingle installation. Eventually they stopped taking our calls or responding to my texts. The hurricane came through in 2021 and caused $8500 in drywall damage. We then replaced the entire roof for $11,000 out of pocket in 2022 because of the useless guarantee from this company. I would never recommend this person. He is a poor contractor, a dishonorable business person and his guarantees are completely worthless. I believe he operates more than one business using the phone number listed.
