I had water / mold issue ... they were prompt courteous and very knowledgeable !!! From start of project to end each day I was explained what was going on what was to be expected ... from the office to the working crew was top notch ... They are really a good service And I would highly recommend them for anybody who has water and mold mitigation needs!!!

They were quick 2 respond. However, some of their machines were old & didnt work properly. When i called 4 a replacements ( I was told they dont work weekends). Things they promised 2 do took many phone calls 2 achieve! Im not sure i would recommend them.

I called the Aberdeen location and spoke with Bill who has been a pleasure to deal with. Kent came out and explained everything to me before they began to open my ceiling. They needed to dry everything out, and so for the next few days, I had blowers drying everything out. Kent came each day to check on the progress. They left no mess behind and were very professional.

Servpro exceeded my expectation. First off, they showed up immediately after the issue was identified - turned off the water in the house, called the plummer and cleaned up the water. The very next day, a team of people accompanied by a manager level team member showed up and explained their assessment and clean-up process, as well as how to start an insurance claim. The team worked diligently all day, and when done brought me to the impacted area to go through their work. They left the impacted area cleaner than it was before the incident. Within the day, an office representative called seeking permission for a team member to come by the next day at a specific time to assess how much the area had dried. The whole experience was seemless and professional and high quality. Would highly recommend this company - - they made an unlucky event - less stressful and pleasant. Thanks Servpro

When we had a flood, we called ServPro and they responded right away! Bill sent Kent, Billy and a whole crew over immediately and they were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have used ServPro twice recently. One time for a flood and one for an incident which resulted in broken windows. The initial people who came out and assess the situation were empathetic and kind. The crews who came to help with the clean-up were amazing and very helpful.
The only issues I had with the crew is that when they came to board the windows, they nailed the board directly into the frames of a huge picture window and the sliding glass doors. So now I have gotten the window panes fixed, I have to get the frames fixed. I don’t know if they could have nailed into the siding or not, but it’s just another expense that I don’t need. I didn’t find out what they nailed into directly until the window panes were being replaced.
Dealing with the people in the office for payment was an issue each time. Both times, my email was wrong that they had on file, so they were emailing the wrong person information about my account. I received voicemails about how I was going to collections since their emails were going unanswered that had this negative underlying tone. Committing fraud was mentioned also which I did not appreciate since I had received no prior correspondence from ServPro to my knowledge . I called back immediately, and I found that was email they had on file was wrong. I paid them within 24 hours of receiving the call since I had to verify some things with my insurance company.
In an emergency, they are there to help and come quickly which is great. Dealing with billing is less than ideal.

I used Servpro of Aberdeen/Holmdel when my parent's house flooded during a rainstorm this past spring. They were highly responsive and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the technicians to the office staff was understanding of our situation, extremely professional and talked me through the entire process to ease my mind in taking care of my parents and their home. I highly recommend this company!!

Highly recommend. We had some water issues in our basement, a couple of inches to be exact and they came and got everything cleaned, removed and sanitized so that we did not have any mold issues. Save us thousands of dollars on remediation. So appreciative of them and their team. The best!!!

We have had such a great experience with Michael, Josh, and their team of workers. Our house suffered a large amount of water damage and we definitely made the right decision by calling them! Still waiting for insurance to approve the final project but we are so pleased with the work that has been done so far!!

We recently used Servpro in our home due to a hot water heater burst that occurred overnight in our basement. To say we were beside ourselves is an understatement! We were advised by our insurance company to reach out to Servpro, which we did, and within a few hours we had a team on site getting rid of the water and even moving our belongings to get them out of harm's way. We are so grateful to this team for all they have done and the kindness and courtesy they showed throughout the entire process! They even handled all of the paperwork and dealing with insurance.

I’m so glad I called SERVPRO. They arrived quickly for a small mold remediation job. Marcos clearly communicated each step of the process and kept everything contained and protected during remediation. Ronnie and David were also great when they came back to finish and remove equipment. They stayed late to finish additional cleaning I wanted and to make sure I was completely satisfied.
