HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Be aware!!!! I wish I could give no stars. I called this company for an emergency situation on a Friday night and was told someone would call me within a few minutes to confirm arrival time. No call after one hour, so I called back! Again, I was told that there is an on-call dispatch that would come out to our home and I’ll receive a call within a few minute to confirm the arrival time. Still nothing. When there is water damage... you have 24 hours before mold develops. With two children at home it was imperative to have help, which I did not receive. I called again in the morning to express my frustration and I was told the same thing. I called 911 Restoration and had a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. Thank you Servpro Aberdeen/Matawan for NOTHING!

have to say i had the best experiance after a really bad flood (water damage) .. they were quick to resond and very understanding . They helped me work thru each step of the process . They made what i thought was gonna be a huge job a very easy process . work was very neat and clean.They were even worried bout my dog (pet lovers) and explained to me about some of the green poroducts they use!!!!!!! Would use over and over and over !!!! THANKS GUYS @ SERVPRO !!!!

There is nothing positive about a leak - except when Serve Pro comes to clean it up!! The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their service. Within days it was like it had never happened!!
