We had a kitchen flood in June 2012. The ServPro team was extremely prompt and professional in remediating the issue and helping the kitchen and the rest of the house come back to shape in record time. Subsequently, after almost 4 years, we needed documentation on this remediation. Marcia in Sal’s team went out f he way to obtain the necessary documentation. The customer service that has been demonstrated, has been consistently Outstanding.

They were very thorough. I had a few things that led to an issue but the company was very quick to fix things.

We had a toilet malfunction and had an hour long waterfall through the first floor to the basement. Totally disaster. It wasn't until Serv Pro showed up and started working their magic that I thought we could actually get through this. They were on time, courteous, and completely professional. I'm really indebted to these folks for giving us hope. I recommend Serv Pro without hesitation!!

My sewer was blocked and I had so much water in cellar. Everything in celllar has too be deleted from cellar. The work went fast and fabulous. Carlos and his personnel proformed with professional manner and great work areas. Felix Checo took me through the paperwork and all the items that I did not know.

Mark and his team were the absolute best! Honestly, we could not have made it through our flood catastrophe without them. Mark was fantastic and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My mom had a flood in her basement after many days of non-stop rain. It was a mess and it needed to be cleaned up. I called Servpro and they came within 2 days. They gave me a fair estimate and started the job that Monday. They did everything they said; got rid of all wet debris and drywall. We recently had a horrific issue at our house, with sewage leaking into the basement. Marc and Sebastian came immediately on a Sunday night, worked until after 11pm, and were some of the most professional folks we've ever had help us with our home. We were beyond grateful.

We have since worked with Matt to address the steam clean and other repair work and he has been responsive, professional, and willing and able to work with our insurance adjuster. I hope to never have to work with folks on an issue like this again, but if I do, I would absolutely return to Servpro East Brunswick for help.

We recently had our hot water heater leak causing a flood in our basement and Servpro was on site the same day , they quickly removed the water and started their drying process. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained the process. Very happy with the work performed!

The crew came to my 84 y at old mother's house at 1130pm to help her with a burst kitchen pipe. They quickly got the situation under control and been helping us to mitigate/restore her three rooms to how they were. Highly recommend!

Our basement had flooded from our washing machine and Servpro was our first call , they quickly arrived and started taking up the water and taking up our wet floors.
